+ -1 moreThis installation was done by one man. At first I was concerned thinking that it would be a two man job, but this person was very good at his craft. This was an all day job, he never stopped, cleaned up after himself often and never complained. We discovered a nest of ants under the old door once it was removed and he helped me get rid of the nest. I am very pleased with the quality and workmanship. I will use Lowes again for any windows I will need in the future.
Description of Work: Installed a sliding patio door.

+ -1 moreEverything went great. I was very pleased with the service from Lowe's and their installers.
Description of Work: I got rid of my old metal bi-fold closet doors and ordered sliding closet doors from Lowe's. The had to special order them for a 93" length. Justin, the salesperson at Lowe's was very helpful and showed me all the options available. The doors came in when he said they would and the installers were very prompt in calling me to set up an installation date. The installers came on time and with all the tools they needed. It was hard to get the doors up as they had to drill into a concrete ceiling but they did a wonderful job. They even had their own vacuum cleaner and did a great job cleaning up after themselves. I was very, very pleased with the doors and the installation process.

+ -1 moreThey sent out a person to do the work. The doors were sent 4 to 6 weeks beyond the schedule time. The installation wasn't very good. One of the doors was slightly damaged and I had put new hardware, like doorknobs etc, on the old doors and the workmen threw out the old doors with the new hardware on it and we had to go to the dump yard to get them. They got them back, but I wasn't all that happy. I don't think I will go to Lowes again. That's why I got my garage door done from others.
Description of Work: I got a side door, front door and a rear door from Lowes Home Improvement Warehouse.

+ -1 moreThey did the work very fast and did neat work. They did a professional job and I would them again. Darrel, who was working the window and door desk at Lowe's, was great! Their price was competitive.
Description of Work: They replaced they windows in the home. I was pleased with the work they did but they installed Pella vinyl windows and I wasn't impressed with those as much but that was at no fault of them.
