Never heard back from them. Scheduled an appointment and sat all day. Sent another message and never had a response.

I am not happy at all with the work. I will need to start over and have someone else tear out the concrete patio that LJI Cement poured just a couple years ago. Very shortly after LJI poured the concrete it cracked in multiple places and started crumbling. I called John at the time and he said all concrete cracks. I've been trying to have him come out and fix the issue for the past couple years but John has either been unresponsive or promised to show up and never does. I ended up having the news crew from TV Channel 8 "call for action" section bring up this issue, John contacted me right away after this but then never followed through. It would be very nice if John actually stood behind his work and fixed the issue. If nothing else, I want others to know of my experience before looking to hire John Levkulich and his business, LJI Cement & Waterproofing.

we received an estimate for the addition of a concrete pad on our driveway. 10x20. we are not going to have the work done yet, but were very impressed with John's experience, professionalism and communication skills. He provided a detailed professional estimate and then an estimate with a revision that we had requested promptly via email.

John worked with the city to get the permits. Turns out after digging the wall was fine. John called the city inspectors to show them. They approved the project after that. Turns out we need a sump pump to keep water away from house. He installed that and fixed all the concrete to the city's specifications. And he came in almost $1000 UNDER his quote. This guy and his crew were excellent. Always on time and did wonderful work. He could have easily charged me more than the quote with the extra work but said he charged me for the work performed. I couldn't be happier. Also he recommended a cabinet place that saved me $1000 on my kitchen cabinet.s! If you need waterproofing, concrete or plumbing this is the place to go. Honest and fair.

John was great. He was very prompt with returning calls. He and his crew showed up as they said they would and completed the job in a timely manner. His pricing was very competitive. We plan on having him back next year to redo the cement in our garage and driveway.

I contacted John for a quote and he came out within a week and have us a very reasonable price and helped come up with a solution to our patio drainage problem. John and his team were very professional throughout the job and they work very clean. I would recommend John and his team and we are very happy with the job.

John and his team did an outstanding job! I would highly recommend LJI for any concrete work. After contacting John, he came out the next day, gave me a very fair estimate for the work and a more than reasonable time to complete. Jeff, Steve, and Benny were on time, professional, personable, and efficient in their work. In addition to installing new concrete, part of the job was to power wash the exiting driveway; John went above and beyond ? he not only power washed the drive, but also the sidewalk in front of the house. All the work looks great and we could not have been happier working with LJI.

There were three people I asked to call me. One did call me back and he was very responsive. He didn't do any work for me. He did call me and talked to me. He came over and looked at it. I submitted something on a Sunday and he responded to me within 10 minutes. I thought the responsiveness was outstanding. I talked to him the next day and he came within 24-48 hours to look at my stuff. He had somebody come out to look at what I wanted to be fixed because he couldn't figure it out. The guy never came, so I decided to ask some other people that knew stuff about the cement and they came in to fix it for me. I really don't want to blame him because he was really responsive.

I haven’t had any problems with the work and I would recommend the guys. The plumber was really good. The money was worth it. They did pretty good. I don’t know what plumbing costs and maybe that was reasonable. They were fine. I don’t remember most of it but I don’t remember having a bad experience either. I probably offered the guy a beer and he didn’t take it. One thing, where I live, people think I live pretty far out but it only took thirty minutes for them to get here, so I would use them again.

They did a very good job. They completed the job in a timely manner. The job was done quickly and efficiently.

They were fantastic, on time and cleaned up after themselves. I appreciated that they let me know ahead of time what they were going to do. I would recommend them to anyone.

Installed concrete,workers were polite and efficient. I had water proofing issue Johnnie made sure that he installed concrete in a way that would prevent further basement water issues. Professional, prompt and goes above and beyond whats necessary to satisfy his customer.

The job went smoothly. We would definitely hire them again.

John arrived within two days of my call, and he was prompt, courteous, and professional. I found him in the Angie's List magazine and didn't realize how far away he was. His estimate was thorough and competitive, despite the long distance.

THEIR PRICE IS REASONABLE. THEY ARE COURTEOUS, FRIENDLY, THEY CLEAN UP AFTER THEMSELVES, AND THEY DID SUPER WORK.

John's explanation of my problem and sensible solution made him the hands down choice for my repair. I had other companies trying to convince me to let them dig a trench inside my basement and install a sump pump. I kind of scratched my head and said, gee, we're going to just let the water continue to flow into the basement? Didn't make good sense to me. John and his crew were honest, trustworthy, hardworking and quite frankly a lot of fun to be around! He communicated with me constantly and his estimate dollar and time wise was right on. I got a real education from this process and was just appalled at the corners that were cut originally. I wouldn't purchase a new home without having John inspect the foundation. I trust him that much!

I originally called Tim's Brickworks to have the front corner drain tile replaced on the front corner of the house. John came out...who was actually a contractor to Tim's Brickworks....they did a good job...but the major qualm I have is that the estimate for the job was about $1000 less than what it ended up costing me. I was quoted $7200 to do the side wall and back wall waterproofing. This included excavation repaving the old walls installing clean-outs. The original reason I called out to get an estimate was to fix the front corner of my house..the drain tile specifically....not that it was intentional...but John didn't disclose that he was not going to go around the corner of the front until after he had a trench dug around have of my home and he could do the rest for $1000 more. I accept some of the responsibility for this because we renegotiated the work to be done several times before they were to show up on site. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE EVERYTHING IN WRITING!

I made the first appointment, after he did not show I called and we rescheduled for a Sunday, then he didn't show up again. He was very nice over the phone, he just never showed up.

THEY WERE A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH. THE OWNER JOHN LEVKULICH WAS FABULOUS TO WORK WITH. THEY HAD TO TAKE OUT ALL OF THE SHRUBS AND A BOULDER AND THEY REPLACED EVERYTHING TO IT PLACE.
