Description of Work: I knew I had a few roofing issues and asked them to inspect my slate roof and clean the gutters. They confirmed I have a few shingles to replace. I know this because while they were on the roof, they took pictures to show me. The estimate for repair is a fair price. I am going to have the work done, but its not completed at this time.

Description of Work: I had a leaking Patio enclosure with an aluminum clad Styrofoam roof. All the joints had failed. I contacted them Saturday afternoon and Karbella responded quickly.. By Saturday evening I had an appointment for Sunday to get a quote. The quote was very reasonable (I had several for comparison) and the work was completed on Monday! I would recommend them again.

+ 0 moreThey showed up on time, completed the job in the time quoted, cleaned up all debris and were very professional. Unfortunately, within 1 month, the garage was leaking again and within 4 months we discovered the tile roof was still leaking when water started coming through the plaster ceiings that had been repaired after their initial repair. Their initial response to the tile roof repair was it must be new leaks. After repeated attempts, they did come back and review the leaks and assured us they would fix the problem. The roof leaked like a sieve the next major rainstorm we had. After repeated attempts to contact them again, they finally sent someone out and are now refusing to fix the problem. They have even requested that we stop contacting them. We don't think it is unreasonable for roofing repairs to last for more than 3-4 months. Very dissappointed with them going back on their word to rectify the problem. Would not recommend them to do any work despite the initial protrayal of professionalism.
Description of Work: Was contracted to inspect and repair leaks in a tile roof, replace missing roof tiles and to seal a leaking asphalt garage roof. They were chosen because of the initial professionalism and was rated highly for being prompt and completing the job on time. The contract was to repair roof to prevent leaking and to replace missing tiles..
