Description of Work: Ralph repaired a leaky kitchen faucet, installed two new replacement locks, did some caulking, and checked a couple of things. One of the old locks had been installed incorrectly and he had to work around the mistake and correct it.

Description of Work: Replace a garbage disposal. Take apart a large swing setand carry the pieces to the curb. Tighten a toilet handle. Replace the faucet stems in a sink.
