An absolute A+ from start to end. Becky and Bob are a great team and delivered on everything promised. Both were very polite and professional, and communicated with us frequently. The price, attention to detail, clean-up, quality, etc. were all perfect. Thank you so much and if anyone is looking for countertops, do not look anywhere else. Guru Granite is your answer!! My counters are absolutely beautiful! I didn't think I'd be able to afford Granite countertops, let alone anything other than entry-level granite, but Guru's prices were the best out of all the granite places within a 50-mile radius of Eastlake, including 2 Big Box stores who quoted me 10% more for the same granite during their a 20% off sale! I was looking for the specific color "Thunder White", and Guru's price was $26 per square-foot. Everything fit perfectly and they they accomplished the job 2 weeks ahead of schedule! I couldn't be happier and would recommend them to anyone shopping for granite countertops.

We are extremely pleased with the work that Guru did for our home - full kitchen, two bathrooms, and a laundry counter. We have a huge kitchen island, 4ft x 10-1/2ft, they were able to keep the island a single piece with no seam. It was no picnic getting the slab into the home. It was new construction without a concrete driveway or concrete walkway into the house. They were able to do it without a problem - not a dinged wall or dented floor. I would definitely recommend Guru Granite.

Super nice and helpful until they get your deposit. Then you're out of luck. Takes several attempts to get them to message you back. Kitchen install was subpar at best. Seams are awful and something is definitely off with the finish. They keep coming out to "fix" but have only tried to mask the problems not fix them. Told us they ordered a special cleaner from the manufacturer to remove the stains and marks from their fabrication and installation and showed up with Bar Keeper's Friend. Might be able to do a small job but definitely don't have the skill set for a large job (ours was 102 square feet). They made a muddy mess of my house on install and didn't attempt to clean up and have walked into house with muddy shoes and acted like we were wrong for expecting them not to.

Becky was very helpful throughout the process. Helping pick out the granite, through scheduling and install. Very fair and honest.

They were very pleasant to work with at first. I thought the vanity installation was o.k (not the best, but I was satisfied). The plumbing underneath the sink was leaking and I called them about it. He came 2 days later and tightened it. The gasket still looked crooked , but at the time it was not leaking, so he left. A couple of hours later it was leaking again, so I called him again. H e came out again, but not right away and I asked him to redo the whole pipe connection underneath, not just tighten things and he did. It did not leak at the time he left, but started again very soon after. I called and said that I wanted to call my plumber and wanted a refund of the plumbing cost and he said he would, and it would be just like I had a plumber do the faucet instead of Guru. My plumber came and found that there was NO sealing putty under the drain ring inside the sink! I called and told them about it and they said they would give me 50% of the plumbing cost (which was $100). I said they should give me $97.50 because that is what my plumber charged and that Guru did not do the job right. They told me at the beginning that they do plumbing. Also they charge 10% extra if you use a credit card which they told me at the beginning. They said to pick up the $50 refund check at their place. I used my credit card, so I don't know why they couldn't credit my Discover Card like every other business does. All in all, they lost my business, which would be my kitchen counter tops.

Excellent. Kaylen in the shop and Bob in the fabrication area were both pleasure to work with. They were prompt and very clear. The quality of the product was excellent. I'm already talking to them about replacing my mom's kitchen counter tops.

We were very pleased with the folks at Guru Granite. We shopped at other granite stores, but ultimately decided to work with Tania and Rudy at Guru. They were very accommodating, listened carefully to what we were looking for, and we went out to the shop to look at larger slabs of granite that were out in the yard. We chose the exact piece that they'd be using for our job. Timing for the installation was perfect; they came out several times to measure which was fine with me -- I wanted it to be perfect, and apparently they did, too. Another gal at the storefront on Robinhood was really helpful in selecting wall color based on the combination of our cabinets, the new flooring and the granite. The installation went well, they arrived when we expected them. We love the new counter tops and we love our new, slightly larger kitchen. If we ever replace the counters in our bathroom we'd be happy to work with Guru Granite again. Their prices are comparable with other granite stores and we like to shop local, help to support a small company and keep our dollars in the community.

The job went extremely well. The vanity cabinets were the best price around. The granite was beautiful. The entire crew was informative, responsive, courteous and prompt.

I recently had a complete kitchen remodel done by Rudy & Tania Klimo, Guru Granite of Willoughby. I am very pleased with both the work performed and their professional demeanor. I am very demanding, and every call and email was returned promptly. Any changes that I requested were addressed and implemented. They said the work would be done in five weeks, and it was. They are not only extremely good at what they do, but are very nice ? even my dog was a fan and she is hard to please! I highly recommend them for both kitchen and bathrooms as they also remodeled my half bathroom previously.

They quoted the job and were able to deliver on it quickly. There was an issue with one of the backsplashes that was promptly corrected. When they were done, the countertops looked absolutely gorgeous!
