My crew that comes out is extremely good. They are also a great company. My two daughters also use them. We haven't had any problems!

I enjoyed having them here very much. The work was excellent. Everything turned out very good. I have them scheduled to come back this month.

Tim, the owner, returned my initial phonecall the next business day. We set up an appointment for two days later. The next morning Tim called again to confirm our appointment and mentioned that they would be sending two people for 2 1/2 hours instead of 3 people for 2 hours. I said that was fine. The next day, two women arrived at exactly the time they were scheduled for. They introduced themselves, I gave a few specific instructions, and they got to cleaning. They were friendly to my small dog and asked questions about my preferences in cleaning. They were efficient and did a good job. I am not a perfectionist, but my house seems very clean! I used a 50% off coupon from angies list (also on their website) for this first cleaning. I plan to use Grime Stoppers again for our bi-weekly cleanings.

Answer my request. Got information within 12 hours. Gave detailed estimate. Introduced crew, which confirmed date, time, and services. Worked non stop and did an excellent job.

They are quick. They don't stay very long because they send 3 people at a time. The work is okay; it's pretty average. It's good if I want it done quickly and don't want them in my house all day. The quality is not all that great. They are responsive.

I was kind of disappointed overall unfortunately. I had used the Angie's List coupon of 50% off, which was supposed to eaqual 2 hours of cleaning for the price of one. The crew was only hear for about an hour and a half. I specifically mentioned how the main bathroom needed attention. When I went in to look around after the crew had left I noticed the shower walls were not scrubbed. I also felt that details were over looked ( fluffing couch and chair pillows, straightening up living room furniture, etc.). In my opinion this all could have been taken care of in the half and hour they were still supposed to be working.

I called originally for a late afternoon cleaning time. The time that was scheduled the day before was noon and then they actually got to my house a little earlier than that. Other than that one glitch, they did a great job. The house looks great, they did everything I asked them to, including moving things in order to dust underneath. For those looking for a cleaning service with a reasonable price and good quality, Grimestoppers is a good choice. In my experience with 3 different companies, Grimestoppers was the best in comparison. However, I have very high expectations for a clean house and I didn't feel that my house was spotless after the cleanings. Often times I felt that the service was rushed and areas that needed a true deep clean, such as the master bathroom and kitchen floors were not given the attention deserved. Also, there were a couple of miscommunications with management regarding my cleaning schedule which did become a little annoying.

They do an excellent job. They come in and they do it in what we feel is a brief amount of time. They do very well. They are watchful. I have an elderly mother who lives at home. They do very well. They do everything the way you expect. They call ahead of time to let you know when they will be there.

They did a very shoddy job. They skipped the entire finished basement and steps leading down. The movers tracked in a lot of dirt and they missed salty snowy footprints all over the living room and kitchen. I don't know if they used dirty mop water or just missed spots. They were also more than an hour late and when I booked the appointment, they were clearly annoyed that I was using their 50% off Angie's List coupon.
