They did a good job. They were fast too! They can REALLY get through some grime!

Three people come and clean for an hour. They did a nice job. They are reliable and we are satisfied.

The owner was very communicative and worked hard to accommodate the service date I needed. I was able to use the coupon provided which made trying out the service much more attractive and it was well worth it. The ladies arrived on time, fully equipped for the job. When I returned a few hours later, the house was clean and fresh-smelling. Afterwards, the owner was in touch to see if the service was satisfactory and even sent a follow-up thank you note. A very positive experience. They are definitely service and customer oriented. I would highly recommend Grimestoppers and plan to use them on a reoccurring basis in the near future.

It went very well, came with 3 cleaners and took 2 hours, cleaned the kitchen from top to bottom.

. The owner, Timothy Marlowe, had a couple of housecleaners come to my home a day or two after I initially had it cleaned by his 3-person crew. The reason for the second housecleaning visit was due to the poor job done by the first group. I appreciated Timothy's swift handling of the problem, but I, in all good conscious, cannot recommend Grimestoppers. Thouigh I stressed to the first group that I was just moving in and everything needed to be cleaned, they failed to clean inside the cabinets and cupboards. They failed to clean the stove and refrigerator adequately. Only the blinds, ceiling fans, and floor appeared to have been cleaned somewhat. The second team came in and re-did the stove and the top of the refrigerator. But, that seems to have been all that they did (these were the two things I made a special point of with the second team). I hope Mr. Marlowe finds good housecleaners and that he has steps in place to evaluate their work.

They were fantastic and reasonably priced.

The three young women did a super job. They throroughly cleaned everything, taking extra care with the places I pointed out specially. We are so busy we haven't fully cleaned, top to bottom, for some time and with two older cats, you can imagine the cat hair and dust that had built up even though we try to sweep and vacuum as often as possible. We also have an upstairs stall shower that is a disaster. These young women, who were just lovely, cheerful workers, cleaned around our clutter (which we hadn't fully picked up), washed floor boards, dusted and vacuumed blinds and slats, vacuumed the rugs, vacuumed and lightly washed the hardwood, kitchen, bathroom and just generally cleaned everything well. The one area I pointed out that wasn't as finished as I wanted was promptly taken care of: some upstairs blinds that had been dusted but were still a bit sticky and needed to be cleaned with spray. One young woman was immediately dispatched upstairs to redo the blinds. Although they went over the initial time, Sandy immediately let me know that I had a choice about whether they should stop, or finish up, and how much finishing would cost. I am very pleased and look forward to joining their schedule for regular service.

I needed someone out here in an emergency on a Saturday and they found a mother and daughter willing to come and work. They did a tremendous job. They were very good. I have pets and they even took care of the pet room. They were here for 3 hours and they cleaned from top to bottom. I told them that it was an emergency because I needed to bring my husband home on that Tuesday; I told them that I needed help and they called me back within 10 minutes. The only reason why it was pricey, it was last minute and it was a Saturday.

They are always on time, do great work, polite, professional and well organized.

My first contact with the office was pleasant. I did not have to leave a message or wait for a call back, which gives a professional first impression. We discussed the job, my expectations and costs. I was reassured that someone would be available during business hours at all times at the office for concerns, change in plans, etc. Day before the scheduled date, I was called with a reminder. Day of job, crew arrived on time. As this was their initial work here, we walked through and discussed the scope of work. They set to it, and did an exemplary job. This was not a small job, and the estimated time ran over, but I was accommodated. I told the ladies I would prefer that they do a good job rather than rush through. We have dogs, so there is a lot of dog hair to contend with, and traffic in-out. I am very pleased with the work accomplished, and will have them back. Some of the work load will change from time to time, as not all that the crew had to accomplish will need to be done each time, so the time involved will not be as much. First impression was very positive, and I hope it remains.

They are fast, efficient, and do their job well.

We were in process of kitchen renovation that had created extreme dust. Maria R and her partner came in and went right to work. They worked quickly but with a purpose. The bathroom was spotless when they were done, the dust was gone, the trash taken out, and the house looked and smelled great!

When I first stared using them, they took and hour and half to complete the cleaning that I asked for, but since they come so often, they now can get it done in just under an hour. The cleaning quality is very good and I am happy with the overall service.

Poorly. I am very flexible and willing to work with anyone. But to leave a job half done is unacceptable.

My son gave me this housecleaning service for Christmas (what a great present!), which is why I don't discuss cost or pricing. From what I understand, though, their cost structure is competitive and fair.The first visit was a great introduction. A crew of three young ladies arrived on time, laden with all the cleaning equipment and supplies one could possibly imagine. After a quick tour, and a discussion of special considerations like aging bathroom tiles and marble floor tiles and windowsills, they set to work quickly and efficiently. Baseboards were cleaned; books removed, shelves dusted, and books returned; stove and burners thoroughly scrubbed; bathroom tile appearancegreatly improved, etc. Unlike some other services I have experienced, Grimestoppers has no problem with removing objects (carefully) from a surface, cleaning the surface and then replacing the objects. Some services only dust around things. The attitude of the young women in the crew is excellent. They all work hard, they get along well, and they seem to like what they do. My apartment is always shining and good-smelling when they finish. The same crew comes each time, which is a really nice feature.

They are our weekly cleaning crew and again they do an excellent job.

I called and left a message, and my call was returned promptly. We also got a reminder call the day before. The crew arrived on time and were very friendly. They were very good with our two cats, which is imporant to us. They worked hard from arrival to departure and really made our kitchen and bathroom sparkle, which were the two trouble spots in our house. The cleaning was not as thorough as other companies we've used, but for two hours and the elbow grease needed for our trouble spots we were pleased with the results and would use this company again, depending on price. Their half price offer was almost what I used to pay another company (who no longer serves our area) at full price for our small house. I had a great experience with their crew, so I would consider paying full price knowing I would get a good team in my house.

The only don't I had was I did not want the bedrooms cleaned. I need to clean them personally.

First of all, they did not arrive at the scheduled time. They did, however, call to say they would be late. The girls were all very pleasant and completed the job is 2 hrs. as scheduled. Everything looked OK when they were done, but upon further inspection, I found that one of my African Violet plants, which was very large, was either dropped or hit in some way because the leaves on one side were all broken off. The kitchen cabinets were not wiped down, nor were some spots wiped off of the backsplash. The mirror in one bathroom was not cleaned, nor was a large mirror over a buffet server. I had to clean my dining room table and a sofa table which was never dusted. All in all, they did only a cursory cleaning at best. In addition, when they were finished, my house did not smell like it had just been cleaned. It had a stale smell to it as if old, dirty rags were used. I would not recommend this service, nor would I use them again.

I like that I get the same crew every time. They will take special requests, which I like as well. They are very accommodating. They always show up on time. I have had them for about 2 months now and so far have been very pleased.

First the crew came super-late and never called. Admittedly it had snowed that morning, but I called the company after 30 min passed from the expected time and was told they were coming. But they were 2hrs late. Then we were supposed to have 3 people but because of the snow, only two showed up. They charge by the hour/person and they rounded the hr to whichever hour favored them ( for example 11.30 arrival was clocked at 11am and 1.15 departure was clocked at 2pm). In the end, I paid for a non-existent 3rd person. I told the crew that my number one priority was to dust - high, low and in between. They missed a bunch of low and high places, blaming my refusal for them using a feather duster (I have allergies and feather dusters are nasty!). They list vacuuming blinds as part of their quality checklist but I had to point out the dead bugs in some of the blinds to them. They complained that they had to park their car across the street because I needed the driveway. When I called to express my disappointment, the gentleman blamed me for everything - either I didn't understand or I impeded their cleaning. He gave me $20 credit which is worthless since i will NEVER use them.

The people arrived when scheduled and cleaned the rooms requested. I don't have a basis to judge the fees charged

Very easy just made a call and set up an appointment. Like it that we get the same team every visit.

I called on a Friday to schedule service and they were able to fit in a cleaning for the following Monday. I was thrilled that they were able to schedule the work so quickly, especially since I was a new customer. The two women who cleaned were punctual, professional and pleasant. I was not present during the cleaning, but when I returned the unit looked beautiful. Appliances, floors, tub, cabinets, blinds, light fixtures were thoroughly cleaned. They didn't need to spend as much time as they estimated and adjusted the billing to reflect that. Overall I was very satisfied will all aspects of the service.

It went very well. I was pleased and ended up tipping all the workers that came.
