They've been very good in every way. I am very pleased with their work. They're prompt, always within 10 minutes of when they said they'd be here. They're very efficient and thorough.

I am currently going through my first trimester of pregnancy and can't seem to keep up with the housework. This service was a needed relief! I almost cried tears of joy when I walked into my house after they were finished. The house was spotless clean and smelled wonderful. I highly recommend this company and will continue to use this organization moving forward.

Three wonderful women came and cleaned my mom's house. They are the best cleaners and nicest people we have ever met. I wish I remember there names so I can tell the owners how fantastic they were. The house has never been cleaner in the 50 years we have lived there. Thank you soooooo much!

I got them from Angie's List. To tell the truth, I think their pricing is reasonable but what they pay their employees is not reasonable. I use them on a regular basis. They come in and they do it very quickly and it is satisfactory but they could do more in depth cleaning.

They sent three women out as a team and they did in depth cleaning the first visit. They did fantastic job and I would use them again.

Provider left message that crew would arrive at 10:40am and crew arrived around 10:27am. I needed the few extra minutes to finish preparing for cleaning crew and get my 3 small children ready to leave and get out of their way. The lead crew member wasn't overly nice, seemed short and in a hurry, the other 2 crew members were very nice and made me feel comfortable having them in my home. No one asked me what specific services I was really looking for or how they could tailor their service to my needs, they just walked in the door and started going to work while we tried to quickly get out of the way. It was a little awkward upon arrival and I was a little nervous to leave my house because of this. I was really hoping the crew would be cleaning my blinds sense it's a part of the service listed online as well as dusting window seals, disappointed to find this wasn't done. This service cost $40 more than my regular cleaning service.

This company is just excellent. The management is always available. The same people come to work each time. They are very careful, and you can trust them. They are always on time and don't over charge. They are always willing to satisfy the customer. They never cancel. They are very consistent.

I had previously posted an unsatisfactory review but am pleased to say that Grimestoppers did everything to ensure that any complaints I had were corrected. They sent a different team of ladies who did a FANTASTIC job! They were very pleasant & made sure everything was to my satisfaction. I had some friends & family over helping me set up for a garage sale & they were thoroughly impressed. Tops of appliances & shelves were dusted, furniture was vacuumed, all areas I asked to be done were taken care of. I highly recommend Grimestoppers not only because they proved they could do an excellent job cleaning my house, but also because they do appreciate their clients and want to make sure they are completely happy with the service.

My complaint is that they just don't pay enough attention to detail. They will dust the front of your TV and not the cart that it's on. They just don't do a thorough job. I have found their service to be hit and miss. It seems like they do all they can within an hour and then they leave which I find disappointing.

I spoke with the provider about their cleaning services. Angie's List offers two coupons for the provider. With one coupon you get 50% off first time customer and the other coupon you 50% off first time customer excluding move in/move out. I am moving in my new home and wanted move in services but Grimestoppers would not honor my coupon although there are two coupons listed on Angie's List. This is not my error and the company should have honored the coupon. This is just bad business on Grimestoppers behalf.

They did a good job in a short amount of time. The Angie's List half price offer for first time users was what prompted me to call them.

They do a good job and they are reasonably priced. They are attentive.

I have been using their services for a couple of years and they have been pretty good. Usually four crew members come out and they complete the job in about an hour and twenty minutes. They do all of the cleaning from the hardwood floors, marble, stainless steel, and dusting. They aren’t able to accommodate last minute requests and you have to call at least few weeks in advance. Other than that, they do great work.

They showed up on time. Were friendly and professional. Did a great job. The place was spotless.

I am extremely pleased with this company. They clean my house and my daughters on different schedules. We both have the different crews that come regularly so they know our homes. They do a great job, and are efficient. Tim is great to work with and the flexibility is great. They always call the day before to remind me and I need that! I appreciate their honesty, several times they have cleaned without me being there and I have not had a worry. A big thumbs up for this company.
