It has turned out pretty good. At one point I thought they weren?t doing a very good job. I talked to them and they corrected everything. That was about a year ago and I haven?t had any issues since then. They are willing to do whatever I ask. If there is something in particular generally they will do it. They will generally do things that I haven?t thought about such as moving couches to clean under them. They seem to do that on a regular basis. If they ever forget something and I notice and ask they will do it. They bring a crew from two to four people, generally it is three. We have a house that is a basement and three floors. Usually they concentrate on two floors, but if I need them to do the third they will always do it. I am very grateful to have them.

It is fine. I am happy with them. They are flexible. If I need changes such as time they will change that for me. The two gals are very personal and likeable. It isn?t every nook and cranny but is adequate for what I need. I don?t think I could pay someone for the kind of cleaning that I would do myself. They are flexible that if I need more time I can add that too.

Three service people come in for an hour and divide up my house. They are prompt and they try to have the same crew leader for a couple years at a time, though she may bring a different team with her. They know my house and where the problem areas are. They also bring their own supplise.

I have been using for them few years now. They do a beautiful job for me. They come down once in a month and they do the cleaning. The house stays clean for a month, but they are very expensive.

They are very prompt, they are always on time. One week I get a great cleaning, but other weeks maybe not; not consistent. Some weeks not as good. They have a very set system of how they handle your home. Additional requests thrown in are not always done as well. They do not do hand cleaning of floors which I would prefer. They are very reasonable price wise. Cost is per hour and includes 3 people.

We were charged a rate of 1.5 hours for each cleaning. However, because my husband does shift work, he was home several times when they showed up, and they never stayed more than 50 minutes. Work was shoddy. Floors were never cleaned properly; if I wiped up a spill the day after they "cleaned" my floors, the towel I used would be brown with dirt. Almost every time they were here, they left a note "reminding" me that they accepted tips. I was under the impression that tipping was based on the quality of the work. Their billing system is completely disorganized. Despite numerous phone calls, they insisted that I owed them for my last cleaning even though I had paid them and provided proof that they'd cashed the check. Poor service, dishonest, and greedy.

DESPITE REPEATED REQUESTS TO TAKE MORE TIME AND DO A THOROUGH JOB OF CLEANING, THIS COMPANY'S WORKERS WERE CONSISTENTLY SLOPPY IN THEIR WORK. THE LAST STRAW WAS THE DAY WE CAME HOME TO FIND THAT THEY HAD HELPED THEMSELVES TO THE LEFTOVER PIZZA IN OUR REFRIGERATOR!

3 PEOPLE ON A CREW THEY JUST WERE NOT GOOD,NEVER GOT THE FLOORS CLEAN, ASKED THEM TO COME BACK AND THEY NEVER DID

THE COMPANY DID AN IN-HOME ESTIMATE FOR HOUSECLEANING THEN PERFORMED 50% OF CLEANING BUT CHARGED FULL AMOUNT

THEY DID AN OKAY JOB. THE MEMBER JUST TOLD THEM WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE BUT HE HAD TO REMIND THEM THROUGHOUT THE TIME THEY WERE THERE- THEY SEEMED TO FORGET SOME THINGS.

COME EVERY 2 WEEKS TO CLEAN HOUSE. DEPENDABLE. GOOD WORKERS.

THEY CAME OUT AND GAVE HER AN ESTIMATE FOR HOUSECLEANING. SAID THEY WOULD BE USING FOUR DIFFERENT SWEEPERS, WHICH PLEASED THE MEMBER. WHEN THE WORKERS SHOWED UP, ALL THEY HAD WERE BROOMS AND THE MEMBER SENT THEM HOME.
