Description of Work: One young woman was in charge. She had 2 helpers. They were all very nice. My apartment had not been cleaned thoroughly for some time altho I'm the only one living here, I eat out a lot and the place does not get messy. I feel that dusting with a feather duster merely moves the dirt around but doesn't pick it up and take it away. They did not move the couches....said they were too heavy. When I had a cleaning woman in the past, she moved the furniture on her own. The cost was a special of one half off: $125.00. I would never, under any circumstances, pay $250. for what they did. I have not used a service like this in the past. Next time I will have a written list of what I need to have done and I will inspect all on the list before they leave. Nice as they were, I will not use this service again.

Description of Work: They called because they were running late, which was fine, no big deal. I didnt feel they cleaned very well though. I told them to be careful of the kitchen floor becase its a bit uneven, but when they left there were still crumbs?? Also it didnt appear their vaccum worked very well. They did ok, but I have seen better. It was a last minute appointment, so they were very accomodating for that.

Description of Work: 10/11/2011 I called this company and it took me some time to get a response. When a response was received and whomever answered the call indicated that she would get back with me and never did. The company was recommended to me not only by Angie's list, but also by several friends. They will not be using them again, due to their lack of professionalism. Therefore, not services were performed.
