Description of Work: I contacted Foundations Rooofing through Angies List. Michael came out and did a very good inspection of the roof. He mailed me pictures, detailing the roof's needs. He wrote a good, detailed roofing estimate. I did go with a different company.

+ -1 moreMike was very pleasant and professional, and although I received several other quotes, I believe I got the best value for the money. He even placed a tarp over the badly leaking roof when he came out to give an estimate while I was still deciding on a provider. He came out the day after I signed the contract and performed the job, including all debris hauled-away.
Description of Work: Tear off and replace of 1.5 car garage flat roof with rubberized roofing material, including 50" of replacement wood due to rot.
