I couldn't be more pleased.

I called DuraBilt and spoke directly to James. I described the rocker, asked if he could fix it and what would be a rough guess estimate. He gave me an idea but indicated he would have to see the chair to be precise. I drove it to his shop, crammed in the trunk of my car. He carefully removed it, examined it, and gave me the same price as he had mentioned on the phone. His estimated fix time was two weeks, and he insisted on delivering it when he was done so that it came home securely and in one piece! Sure enough, thirteen days later, he delivered it, fixed and polished.

. James was very personable and very helpful in selecting fabric. He also suggested changes which added to the results. The results are better than one would find in many furniture stores. Very pleased. James is excellent and we would recommend him strongly.

The work is beautiful. James was terrific in assisting with selecting fabric. Furniture was picked-up in one location and delivered another. We would absolutely call James again and recommend his services.

He did a nice job. The leg is perfect and the arm looks great considering how it was broken. He completed the work within the timeframe he set (one week) and called when it was completed. He was nice and courteous. I would have no problem using him again.

James completely rebuilt the springs and support systems in both chairs - both are incredibly improved and much more comfortable. The appearance is lovely. He was courteous and offered suggestions but left final decision up to me. Very professional in delivery and pick-up, good communication with customer.

I am on a fixed income and I called for an estimate on a repair for my couch. He didn't even come and look at the couch. Over the phone he said to buy a new couch. This is not my idea of good service at all. If a company is looking for work, they should at least come and take a look at the job.

THEY DID SUCH A PERFECT JOB. THEY WERE JUST PERFECT! THEY FINISHED WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. THEY DELIVERED IT BACK TO ME WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. CALLED TO MAKE SURE I WAS THERE. THE PRICE REFLECTS THE LABOR CHARGE NOT INCLUDING THE MATERIAL I CHOSE WHICH WAS $450. I AM A PERFECTIONIST AND DETAILED PERSON, THIS IS YOUR PERSON.

JIM WAS VERY PATIENT WITH ME WHILE PICKING OUT MATERIAL. HE BROUGHT SEVERAL BOOKS TO THE HOUSE. HE EVEN BROUGHT THE MATERIAL FOR ME TO CHECK BEFORE HE CUT IT SO THAT I COULD SEE A LARGER PIECE. HE PICKED UP AND RETURNED THE COUCH EXACTLY WHEN PROMISED. IT CAME OUT BEAUTIFULLY. THE PATTERN MATCHES PERFECTLY. EVEN THE SMALL PILLOWS AND THE ARM CAPS MATCH. I WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN.

THEY DO FABULOUS UPHOLSTERY WORK. THEY ARE ALWAYS PUNCTUAL AND PROFESSIONAL. THE PRICE IS GOOD. THERE IS NO NEED TO GO TO ANYONE ELSE. THEY ALSO DO A VERY GOOD JOB IN MAKING FURNITURE.

SOFA LOOKS TERRIBLE, SEEMS CROOKED. OFFERED TO REDO BUT I DONT WANT THEM TOUCHING MY STUFF.

THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THAT WE HAVE USED THIS COMPANY. THEY BRING FABRIC SAMPLES TO YOUR HOUSE AND PICK UP / DROP OFF YOUR FURNITURE. THEY WILL ALSO TELL YOU IF IT IS WORTH HAVING YOUR FURNITURE RECOVERED . WE HAVE BEEN VERY SATISFIED WITH THE OVERALL RESULTS!
