Description of Work: My oldish Toshiba Satellite laptop was running deathly slowly, and the DVD/CD disc drive wasn't working. I did not want to replace it, as it serves it purpose for me. Called & I brought in the PC the same day. !!>>Location has changed from Willoughby public square to an office building on Rt.91--> 2778 SOM Ctr Rd., Suite 102, Willoughby Hills <<!! Dave worked on my pc, added 2g memory and replaced the disc drive. Called me and quoted the price to get my ok after having it for a few days, and before doing the work. I appreciated that. It took about 1 & 1/2 weeks for the parts to arrive and to install. I'm happy with the results; computer is running smoothly, quickly able to surf the net and the disc drive works great. I thought the price was fair.--a lot less $$ and hassle than replacing my laptop, IMO.
