I cannot recommend them highly enough! They are wonderful! Anyone can sell equipment, but the service they provide is some of the best service I've received from any company!!

Everything went well. The upgrade went okay, but there was a miscommunication somewhere, because the smoke alarms were not linked to the system. However, they are coming back out to fix this issue. Good job.

We asked Angie's list to tell us about home security companies in or near our community. Buckeye Electronics and Security Technology, Inc. (B.E.S.T.) was referenced, so we contacted them and got an immediate response. Mr. Riggle came to our home, listened to our needs, and described what their system could offer us. He gave us an estimate of installation costs and monitoring fees, and we agreed to have them proceed. Three days later installation began, and was completed in two days. They were very professional and careful to minimizie any inconveniences we might have during the installation. In the afternoon of the second day my wife and I were given a very clear set of instructions on the operation of the system. It was done on time and at estimate! Because it is engineered to operate very simply we felt comfortable in using it immediately. In the insuing days, it has proven to be as easy as they promised us. You will be very pleased with your experience if you choose to ask B.E.S.T. to provide a security system for your property.

They did a wonderful job and cleaned up after themselves. They took a day and a half to complete the job and I was thoroughly happy with it. I didn’t use the security system for a while and he came back and explained it to me again. There was some issue with my keypad and they came and fixed it right away. They were just a great company. I would use them in future.
