The price Brian quoted was reasonable and the project came in at budget. With his ?open Book? policy, we knew exactly where each dollar went. The work was completed within the time frame Brian had set and we couldn?t be more pleased with the result. There was excellent communication along every step of the process. His men arrived when they said they would and kept everything as clean as they could while they were there, minimizing dust and dirt as much as possible & tried to interrupt our lives as little as possible. They cleaned the work areas before they left. I had no concern about leaving the house when they were there, and felt they were completely trustworthy. We highly recommend B LeGrand Design & Build, and would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Bryan worked with us to come up with a design that fit the space in our kitchen and made the space much more efficient. He also went through several designs with us until we came up with the one that not only met our specifications for functionality, but also fit our budget. In September of 2014 he broke ground. His team completely gutted our kitchen. His team was amazing! His workers showed up on time, were very conscientious and best of all, cleaned up after themselves. Doug and Tom were the primary guys in charge of the day to day work. They were fantastic! They paid a lot of attention to detail and were very careful to keep us in the loop as to the progress of the job and any factors that might impact their progress. They were also careful to take into account the impact the job had on my family. They worked things so that throughout the entire job I was only without a stove for a few days, and I always had a full-size functioning refrigerator. Besides Tom and Doug, Bryan was careful to hire sub-contractors that met his high standards for quality. Everyone from the electrician, to the painter, to dry-wallers paid attention to detail were courteous and cleaned up. For a full kitchen remodel, it went as smoothly as it could. Somehow Bryan and his team managed to finish our kitchen on time (7 1/2 weeks, and the original quote was 8-10 weeks), and within the initial projected budget. Bryan was great and I highly recommend him and his company.

For example, at one point we realized that a pocket door had been removed from the plan, but we needed something to cover the opening from the mud room into my kitchen. Bryan quickly came up with the idea of a barn door. That door is now a focal point of the kitchen and one of my favorite details. Somehow Bryan and his team managed to finish our kitchen both on time (in 7 1/2 weeks, and the original quote was 8-10 weeks), and within the initial projected budget. It worked out excellent. They are very thorough and very customer minded. They take a true design build approach.

The owner Bryan listened to my ideas for the room, and made alternate recommendations in several instances that were superior ideas and have made all the difference in creating the perfect space. He is extremely detail oriented and was mindful of our budget. In fact, a couple times he called me because he had found a fixture that was available for a discount, then went to the trouble of purchasing it on my behalf even though he was not earning a markup on the piece. I had a tight deadline to get the project completed before we hosted family for the holidays - Bryan worked a couple weekends to get it done on time.
