Description of Work: I have used All Appliance many times over the last 15 years. Matt is extremely honest. He will tell you to buy a new appliance if it isn't worth it to fix it. Doesn't try to repair things that aren't broke, but points out symptoms you may look for in the future that could cause a problem. I highly recommend him and am sure i'll be calling him in the next year!

Description of Work: Our oven wouldn't heat, but the gas burners were working. They replaced the ignitor. Our oven now heats up agian, and does so much faster. |

+ -1 moreHe explained why it was happening and actually emptied it out and then moved some things around. He scraped off some ice and popped a couple of tabs and then the next thing you know the freezer was working just fine.
Description of Work: He repaired a freezer. It was simply just a matter of moving around some contents inside the freezer.

+ -1 more(The invoice lists the company as and quot;Orlando's All Appliance Service LLC.and quot;) We left a message and this company returned our call within 4 hours. They were available/willing to make a call the next morning, but we selected the next day to suit our availability. The serviceman was incredibly kind, efficient and gave us a discount for paying cash.It was only $35 for him to make the house call to begin with, in comparison to other quotes ranging from $50-120. We are very pleased and will think of them again when anything else fails us in the house.
Description of Work: Our dryer had stopped rotating and heating (the digital display still worked). He also took it upon himself to fix the door that had been bent and popped open from time to time (for free)!The invoice says "replaced limit on exhaust duct" which translated to: we blew an internal fuse, essentially.
