The overall experience was and has been wonderful. If you want a home builder/remodeler who is professional, prompt in his replies, great at communicating what's involved in the process, who will be performing what task and what will be done next, is able to give great options and ideas and is reasonalbly priced, then Rick and WW Homes is your best choice. I highly recommend Rick. I interviewed 7 remodelers and got every company from a "custom build" company, to the man who works after hours of his regular job. After our initial meeting, Rick emailed me a thank you note that night, within 2 days had several websites for me to gather ideas of what I actually wanted to be done and within another day had a written contract. Other "companies" didn't get back with me for weeks or never at all! And yet several others refused to even install anything other than custom cabinets or very expensive flooring. Rick goes above and beyond to complete each part of the process in a timely, well orchestrated manner. Each portion of the project was cleaned up thoroughly and I was able to live in the home as the remodel occurred. I felt totally at ease ( being a single woman) with every different crafts person who came into my home. I allowed "open access" to the home and was completely without worry for my safety, my pets safety and my personal belongings. I can't say enough wonderful things about Rick and WW Homes. This was my first experience in remodeling a home and I've heard horror stories about how far over the time frame the project went, how far over budget etc. None of those negative things occurred in this case whatsoever.
