It really wasn't up to me, we did it as a community. Again, our community doesn't pick the high end stuff but they don't pick the lowest either. I would say it's just average, like a C. You can just put C's across the board. The quality was just so-so. They didn't clean up after themselves. I think some of these companies hire people that maybe aren't as, quite as proud of doing their work. It's a job to them and they just do the bare minimum.

Dennis came on short notice and confirmed our heat pump compressor was shot. Since it was an R22 unit we were looking at replacing the whole system. Dennis set himself apart from the other three contractors not only on price but with the recommendations he made to improve our system. He walked the entire house counting air ducts and return air noting where improvements could be made. The crew showed up on time and took care not to dirty the house up. They also cleaned up their mess and walked me through all the changes including how to program the thermostat. I highly recommend this company and plan to use them again.

Four Seasons Heating and A/c is a family owned business on the east side of Cincinnati the work was done in a timely manner and they cleaned up afterwards. They were friendly and explained what they did and also showed me how tho set the hot water heater before they left and all questions were answered plus they hauled away the old unit.

Awoke to no heat. Dennis came. Diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and didn't want to charge. I gave him money for gas. Very polite. I am very appreciative.

I have been using their services for servicing my furnace and everything else. They are very professional and their price is really good. I am very pleased with them and I have no complains about them. They are excellent too. The only reason why I got estimates from other companies was just because I wanted to make sure that I get the best price.
