Couch Fence

Our first project (remove existing fencing) with Couch was great! Quick, easy, friendly! However our second project with Couch was a different story! They sent a loser (subcontracted) man named "Mike" (James Michael Burchett) to do the job and he ended up being a complete nightmare! He insisted we pay him more cash to finish the job correctly (which like idiots we paid!) Even though the job is STILL incomplete! **Thankfully Terry seems to be willing to work with us and properly fix our fence. We’ll see… Sadly however Terry likely can’t help us get back the money Mike stole from us to “do our deck!” YES. While on the clock for the fencing company Mike quoted us on a “decking job” which he never did. He literally destroyed our deck (leaving it unsafe for our young kids and trashing our newly remodeled backyard) TOOK OUR CASH and RAN!!! I have no doubt he has done this MANY times and gets away with it. A**hole. Long story short - IF you go with Couch be sure they DON’T send a white man named “Mike” - late 50’s, brown hair (cigarette hanging from his mouth), drives either a beat up red truck or green Jeep Grand Cherokee. Oh and he sometimes has his teenage daughter working with him! You’ll really know it’s him bc he’ll be quoting you “cash deals” on projects left and right. STAY AWAY!!!

Terrible job!!! Do not hire these people!! I just made a report to the BBB also. They installed a KY board fence in my back yard and put the liner on the wrong side of the boards. (on my neighbors side) Also, all of the posts extend above the top board, all different heights. Very tacky work. The company does not return phone calls and has no interest in resolving my issue. I spoke to Terry Couch (owner of Co.) today. He told me "go ahead and contact the BBB" and then hung up on me!

Decided to wait on getting the work done

Feel got best possibly pricing and good service for all work that had to be done.

I called several places and got estiments. They where one of they lower cost companies I called. I met with a rep and got his cost for doing the job. they came out two days later and finished the job in two days. We are very pleased with everything they did and it looks great.

They were right on the button coming out and very courteous. However the pricing was just not right for me. I thought business seemed very professional though.

The estimate was too high.

I was extremly pleased with them. He took a lot of care to prevent damage. There was a high spot they dug out so the fence would be level. The men on his crew were really good guys.

They were really good. It took them about 4 days and they did it in rain. Don't have it done in the rain if you want to save your lawn. Just a perfect job.
