I never intend to leave negative reviews as I would rather see the problem resolved through communication. My initial experience was a good one. However, after my last service, I was charged for work/time that did not happen. I reached out and explained this to the office. It took 5 full business days for them to finally ultimately give me an answer. Needless to say, this is not prompt. Despite disagreeing with the response and leaving this review, I feel I need to make a point that the actual workers that came to the property were always professional. Keep in mind, we are all customers and not transactions. Thank you.

I got a quote for installation of irrigation system covering grass area and flower beds. Quoted 5400.00. Installation was done and forgot to cover area between sidewalk and street. Area about 50'X8'. Told them about this after I noticed, and they wanted to charge me to come back out. Very unprofessional in the way I was talked to and the way they acted. I would suggest for anyone to stay away from these guys.

Excellent, I received a quote in October 2018 from Clay Anderson and requested installation in the spring of 2018. Clay was professional and informative during his review of my property and the what would be required to install the system. The installers were professional, systematic and efficient as they installed the system. As there was a substantial amount of hand digging involved in the flower beds as well as the use of a machine to slit and install the piping in the grass are I was in awe as to the limit of evidence there was any work performed. I highly recommend Anderson Irrigation and am grateful to their installers for their expertise.

I had this company to my home twice this summer to repair my sprinkler system. In each case, they fixed the specific problem but created a new problem. In each case, they left the house with the system inoperative and submitted their bill. Both times they charged me to return to the house and repair the problem they created. Strongly recommend no one hire this company.

The work was just fine, the tech was on time and polite. The problem is with the business office, they will not honor the contract on our system even though I have the contract and sent them a copy. Very rude office staff that is not customer service oriented and a poor way to run a business. There are lots of other irrigation companies in the area, call them instead!

When I bought this house in Fall 2016 I used them to close up my irrigation system. They tried to essentially double my close-up costs relative to what the previous owners paid, without any notice to me (aside from receiving the bill in the mail) and only provide an after the fact excuse when I called them on it. They "graciously" changed the bill to reflect the previous owner's service cost but told me that in the future, my cost would be increased. I decided to never use them again. In the Spring of this year I did not use them to open the system (I didn't open the system at all), yet they called me time after time to try to schedule an appointment. Now, at the end of the season this year, they have called me time after time to try to close the system I didn’t even open. They went as far to leave me a message telling me that “an appointment was scheduled for tomorrow” and to call them back if I needed to cancel it. Of course, I had never made this appointment. Who made this appointment? I assume they did... without consulting me. Then when I did call them back to clearly tell them that I didn't make any appointment and to stop calling me, someone else called me back afterwards and left a message to the effect that I should “find another company to close my system this year”. What a crappy business model: harass customers and attempt to defraud them into thinking they have made appointments already. Wow... they are like telemarketers who want to water your lawn. Clearly they didn't want to lose an account, but perhaps don't use harassing tactics like continued unsolicited phone calls; and making fake appointments. Do business with this company at your own risk. My every experience with them has been poor. And they pursue me to try to get business back, only to tell me to find someone else when I tell the to stop calling!!! Wild!!!
