First, Mr. Miller (Mike) came to my home during this COVID 19 crisis. After he introduced himself, he instantly pulled out a pair of shoe booties. When I said told him that he didn’t have to put the booties on; he said that “I would like too. You don’t know where I have been”. I thought his concern for not only tracking dirt into the house but his overall concerns of both of our health and safety. He assessed the plumbing issue/leak, showed me the small pinhole with a flashlight and Mike went to purchase a new toilet. He was professional, friendly and did an great job overall. Really nice person and he was quick. Thank you Mike Miller for a job well done. Thank you Wyatt Works for continuing to operate during this unfortunate crisis around the world.

David and his partner were very professional. Used water jet to clear blockage and confirmed that there were no other obstructions using camera. They laid tarps all of the way down stairs and to bathroom before bringing down their equipment and cleaned up completely when they were done. I would not hesitate to call them again if I had any plumbing issue.

Amazing they were so kind and professional from the moment I spoke to Sarah to the time Seth and his partner left. They showed up at 7pm on a busy Sat went above and beyond to make sure things were done correctly and cleaned up everything before leaving at 9pm. Will definitely use them again. Mine broke on a weekend. Nobody would come unless they charged hundreds of dollars extra. Wyatt came within hours. Jamal was very nice and professional. He offered me different options. He replaced the disposal right away and it the new one works very well. I will certainly use them again and recommend them to others.

Jeremy from Wyatt Works came promptly and assessed the situation and provided a couple of options to solve the problem. The repair ended up requiring more extensive work than originally thought. Both Jeremy and Seth kept me up to date on the status and what would be involved. I have only high praise for both Jeremy and Seth for their professionalism and hard work ethic. They worked hard, even through hard rains and poor weather, to complete the job in a timely manner. They set up an appointment to reseed the areas of lawn that were dug up. I definitely recommend Wyatt Works. They're one of the best!

Wyatt works was very professional, provided a comprehensive professional looking easy to understand quote that I was happy to share with my client and our buyer. I appreciated the responsiveness and knowledge that the service person provided.

David was great: came to give an estimate & stayed to do the work. It was very convenient not to have to book a second appointment. The installations went smoothly, everything looks great and David did a very thorough clean up, hauling away all the boxes and the old sink. Lots of pictures & documentation too!

Very Well. Everything seems to be working as it should. The technician answered all of my questions and the price was good.

Services were solid but prices are ridiculous with this company. It was a $20 part that took less than 30 minutes to install. They charged me $337.00. I should have researched before agreeing to the service. Way better values out there in NE Ohio.

They came out and gave an estimate. We went over everything we wanted done. Only took a few days we had the fnancing for the job. We have called numerous times to get the project started. We have left messages. We have sent texts. We told them this is on a deadline. There will be fines orherwise. We were told it is hard ti get the permits in our city. WE NEED THIS JOB DONE ASAP AND HAVE MADE IT CLEAR. I BELIEVE THEY HAVE OTHER JOBS THAT ARE MORE MONEY. HELP US.

Awful experience. Cancelled 2 times, first time on 11/11 and then rescheduled for 11/15 and then they now want to reschedule for next week. I guess using Angies list coupon doesn't help when they prioritize jobs.

Thomas was very knowledgeable and was able to explain my problem to me in a way I could understand what was going on. He found some blockage and cleared it out after showing me on the camera where it was. He explained that this may not be the absolute source of my problem and why. Dan, Matt and Jordan came out to do the project. They were all easy to talk to and listened as I showed them the pipes involved. Dan was in charge. They used a small backhoe to dig out the areas needed for the dry wells. Then they moved the gravel from a dump truck on the road to the sites by wheelbarrow, to prevent excessive damage to the front yard. They then replaced the dirt over the gravel. The men were all courteous, pleasant and hard working. I have been very happy with WyattWork's employees knowledge and feedback during two big projects this past month. Highly recommend!

My home buyer’s inspector was wrong. The gas line was correctly installed and did require any service. The Wyatt Works plumber issued an expert report with pictures and attachments that no work was required.. They are very honest and did not charge me for the full amount of time it took to investigate and write a report. I highly recommend Wyatt Works

Bryan was very personable and professional. After investigating issue, he outlined all options available to us and discussed his recommendations. He did not try and steer us towards the most expensive / invasive options as he did not believe that they would be necessary or cost effective. We certainly appreciated his practical approach. We agreed on the next steps and he proceeded to perform work. We would definitely hire again.

Ryan H. came out to determine the problem. He has excellent people skills, that seem very genuine--not scripted. He did not try to look around for other needs, but spent the entire time addressing my concerns. He used a camera to carefully inspected the footers and checked all the outside drainage away from the house, and clearly told me what he recommended. He itemized the costs of jetting all accessible storm drains and the installation of dry wells at the end of two drains, that over time were partially filled with water and mud due being in low spots on the edge of the woods. He came out with Pete, who also was friendly and eager to explain what was happening, as they worked to remove the blockage from a long area of pipe. It appears to have been blocked by dry, hardened mud for a period of years, as I did not suspect due to a dry basement floor. I would call WyattWorks again, especially for major plumbing needs, because they have knowledgeable, courteous and friendly people. I will be calling next year to have them check the footers of my house, as I plan to sanitize and paint the basement this winter.

Great! The phone people were super friendly, & professional. Billy came up w a great solution to our issue & saved us a goodly amount of money over what we might have spent. Billy also installed our water heater a while back & that whole experience was equally good.

Old water heater failed. Called the company, and they were able to install a new one the same day. The tech was very knowledgeable and professional. However, I felt the price was too high. But I wanted it taken care of ASAP.

It was fixed & all went quickly & smoothly!

I called for an estimate and AJ was able to see me the following day. He was punctual, professional, personable, knowledgeable and explained everything very clearly. I was presented with two options. One for the straight repair of the broken component, and the other included repair and sewer relining from the house to the sewer main in the street. I chose the relining option for peace of mind after obtaining an estimate from another company. One week after the initial visit my work crew arrived (Dan, Matt and Jordon). They were fantastic, always on time, conscientious, attentive to my concerns, and advised me of the progress and findings. Additional breaks in the sewer line were found from the point of the primary problem toward the main sewer line, both within the portion the I as the homeowner was responsible and the portion that the city sewer department was responsible for. This required a quick adjustment to the scope of work. Dan communicated with the main office and made sure I understood what was going on. I also received a call from one of the owners of the company (Josh) later the same evening who went into detail on the changes, and pricing that included the expanded scope. Josh was very understanding and did his best to minimize the additional cost required. I was exceedingly happy with all of my interactions with this company. And want to give AJ, Dan, Matt and Jordon a huge shout out for a great job.
