Description of Work: Excellent plumbing service! Clean, professional, knowledgeable. Prompt, friendly... I can't say enough good things about this team! My sump system has never been better!

Description of Work: This company is amazing. I would recommend it to anyone. I had a leak in the main water line in my basement. They replaced part of the pipe and the ancient shut off valve. Since it was a holiday weekend, I didn't call until Monday. They were able to schedule me for Tuesday morning. The technician arrived early, had all the parts on his truck and completed the job within 2 hours. Unlike other companies, they do not charge by the hour. Instead they come up with a fixed price before they start the job.

Description of Work: Wyattworks attempted to fix leak under kitchen sink. 1st Tech came to the house twice and leak issue still not resolved. I requested someone different for 3rd time out to our home. 2nd Tech thought the root cause of the issue was very clear - not sure why Tech 1 missed it - but the cost to resolve was "excessive" (to be polite). I will say they the company was quick to respond and nice to speak with but the quality of work was below standard and the quote to resolve was not competitive.

Description of Work: They helped to find and fix a leak in a natural gas line. They were prompt, efficient & professional. The service was excellent.

Description of Work: The technicians scoped our storm drain system with a camera and attempted to clear blockages with the water jet. After they discovered collapsed drain tiles, they spent considerable time scoping different access points to confirm their diagnosis. They were extremely professional, polite, and informative. A neighbor who had a similar service done by a different company said the price we paid was way less than he had paid; so, their prices seem to be reasonable. I highly recommend them.

Description of Work: The technician replaced the leaking single faucet bath/shower valve in the second bath. The valve was difficult to remove but was finally taken out and a new updated unit was installed. Works better than ever and no leaks.

Description of Work: Blew out basement drain. It seems to be holding, but the backing up of the drain is a sporadic problem, so I'm not sure. Ben and Carmen took a lot of time assessing the situation, which I really appreciated. Also got a senior citizen discount. The thing I didn't like is that there is no warranty on the work. I felt that they were expensive but probably competitive--don't know.

Description of Work: I called Wyattworks when my basement sewer drain began backing up. Water would back-up when showers were running, then recede afterwards. They ran a line through and found an obstruction about 30 ft. out from the house. They recommended that I have them use their camera to see the obstruction, although they suspected it was tree roots. I agreed to camera, and it turned out that my pipes were not cracked with roots, but rather that there was some sort of paper and oil mix blocking the pipe. They used a hydrojet to clear pipe. Had they not been able to see blockage, the plumber told me he would have probably used a roto-rooter type device to try to clear blockage, and that that probably wouldn't have worked as well. So, I guess I feel better about paying extra for the camera; however, still feel $ 890 was a little too high for services performed. Work took about three hours, with two servicemen. They were very polite, explained everything they were doing, and left my home clean.

Description of Work: Andy Wyatt came to put drainage outlets in my basement window wells and also to replace kitchen sink fixtures/sprayer that had stopped working correctly. It went great. The work was completed in a very timely manner and much more quickly than I anticipated. While I thought it would take several days, the drainage problem was taken care of the day of my appointment and the only hold up with the fixtures was waiting for them to arrive from the manufacturer as they had to be ordered. The delay was only one day. | |Andy and his whole crew were pleasant and had a great attitude. Everything they were doing was explained so that I could completely understand what was happening going forward and I have had no problems at all since the work was completed. I would call WyattWorks Plumbing again if I needed a plumbing service again based on the work done and the friendly and professional way not only Andy and his crew approached the work, but also the helpful and friendly way his office staff treated me whenever I needed to speak to them. Definitely a great company to work with!

Description of Work: Josh Wyatt was very professional and did a good job. Since this was covered by insurance, I don't know if their pricing was competitive since I did not get other quotes. But it was accepted by the insurance company.
