It went great. I love how they come in and evaluate the situation prior to starting the work. The workers are very nice. I would definitely use them again.

Our sump pump had to be replaced, as it had worn out and we could hear banging in the pipes. Kevin was excellent, timely and efficient. Clear communication and made sure I knew my options.

We had an Ion sump pump backup system installed. Kevin, the plumbing technician, and the WyattWorks team did a fantastic job. The call center was very accommodating (I changed and postponed the service a few times over several weeks). The window for arrival was provided well in advance. The technicians showed up on time and were courteous. The work was done right. The technicians were very patient in answering my questions and explaining the system. I asked Kevin for a bit of help with a second project I was trying to tackle myself (replacing a loose handle and cartridge on a faucet) and he kindly took over and completed the project for me and offered advice on how to prevent the problem in the future. Basically, he far exceeded my expectations! If you call this business, they may have a lot of good technicians, but I'd recommended Kevin!

It went great! Larry sent a text to let me know he was on his way and arrived as promised. He listened to my concerns, reviewed the two problems, explained what he would do and how much it would cost before moving forward. Larry had a great personality, worked hard and diligently and cleaned up his work area. We appreciate how kind and nice he was to our dog, who appeared to want to be Larry's apprentice.

Great representative and great work!

First, it turned out that the shut off valves were not working and I was told that they would need to be replaced - and the water in the Condo would have to be turned off (affecting 36 units). The work was then scheduled for the next day so notice could be given. We thought two hours would be enough. Turned out that the supply water pipe was so bad (old) that a new shut off valve could not be threaded on the bad pipe - After trying everything it ended up that the ceiling in the unit below needed to be opened to replace a piece of the supply pipe. Water was off for more than 4 hours but after the headache from others about it, everything went fine. Toilets installed, bathrooms cleaned up, downstairs cleaned up. Mike Miller was great. Easy to work with - went to his truck more times than i can count to get tools and supplies but was able to complete the work having everything he needed even when unexpected problems presented themselves. My only complaint is the cost. The scheduling was easy, the communication great, a picture in information about the technician was sent in advance. Mike wore shoe coverings and a mask. WyattWorks was the first to reply to a general inquiry to Angies list for plumbing work and as able to come when I was available. That’s why they got the job despite the price being higher than expected and probably higher than competitors. But the work was good, the staff was capable, and I am satisfied.

The technician showed up on time and did the work in an efficient manner. He was polite and wore a mask and booties to minimize chances of spreading the corona virus. He finished his work and showed us that the bathtub spout worked and the faucet did not leak. However, after he left I found that the hot and cold water faucet operation was reversed. When I called the company the manager sent out the technician the next day and he corrected the problem within a few minutes. I agreed to the price of the job before he started work, but I thought it was rather high for the amount of work required. All in all, however, they did a good job and were prompt and efficient in getting it done.

This is the third time I have used WyattWorks Plumbing. Every time has been a very good experience. The technicians assessed, then gave me their recommendations and options. They were understanding of the problem: the toilets are being stopped up by many materials put in them by my husband who has dementia. Both technicians said they would try to fix the problem with the least expense since it is very expensive to have to have toilets unstopped frequently. [We are senior citizens with our only income being Social Security.] The technicians were kind and thorough. They left the bathrooms clean. I will call them for any plumbing problem in the future.

Called and spoke with a lady who was more than happy to put me on the schedule for the following week. When I called back I got a little bit of a run-a-round. Then someone from their business called me about 1/2 later to tell me I am out of their service area. The are located in Wickliffe and I am in Mentor. This makes absolutely no senses to me. Probably just didn't want to come out for what they considered "too small a job".

It took four business days before a technician arrived. When the technician (Kevin) arrived, he explained that the number of calls had gone from 20 to 90 a day. He replaced the pipe, filled the basin with water, saw that the water didn't drain, so he removed the trap and ran a snake through the pipe. The price was more than reasonable. Kevin was very personable as well as professional. I will request him for our next repair.

The technician was knowledgeable and explained my options clearly. He found the damaged drainpipe when starting to replace the kitchen faucet and showed it to me - the metal was crumbling at the break. He worked quickly, got a lot of work done in five hours. He cleaned up completely, there wasn't even a scrap of plastic left in my house. When I called to make the appointment, the office staff was efficient and pleasant to work with. The whole process was easy. This is my first time using WyattWorks, and I will definitely call them for all my plumbing needs in the future.

David was awesome, he explain everything that was being done. Pricing a little steep but you get what you pay for. We have use this company many times, We have "Never" been unhappy with the services. When we found out that the project for got to include the plumber we knew who to call. Thank You to the receptionist, the web site who always keep you informed, the entire team.

Jeremy was very helpful and really took time to explain everything and answer my questions. Much more so than other plumbing companies I had contacted. Gave me various itemized/detailed quotes to choose from based on how basic or extensive work I wanted. I picked one in the middle. I will definitely use Wyatt Works again for any plumbing needs. Highly recommend.

He fixed what needed to be fixed and was very professional and explained everything nicely.

It went well. Old part was hard to remove. Very professional. Good problem solving to address another leak source.

Work was never completed. They called 4 times over a two week period to schedule a technician to come to the house and give me an estimate. Each time the technician never arrived and they would call later in the day to reschedule. After the 4th rescheduling call I told them to forget it that I would find someone else. I understand that people are busy and things come up. But if you make an appointment you should show up.

From the moment I made contact with WyattWorks Plumbing I experienced stellar customer service care. The services I received were rendered by an expert tradesman. Throughout the process I was treated with the utmost respect. I would highly recommend this business.

Fabulous! Jeremy came out the very day after I called, was friendly, well prepared, thorough, and very qualified!! I would absolutely call WyattWorks again!!!

Fine. Jeremy and his associate were punctual, friendly, professional, understood our issue and explained how they fixed it (which made sense). This was a follow up visit and they did not charge for it. I thought it was the right thing to do, but I didn’t have to say anything—the hallmark of a good company.

The technician was very professional and knowledgeable. He pointed out areas that I needed to have fixed and those areas that did not need anything done.

I called on a Tuesday with an urgent issue, they scheduled for Friday afternoon. They called Friday mid morning saying "oops our guys are busy. let's reschedule for next Wednesday" Haha, no. This is urgent (they would have known that if they paid attention at all to my request) and I already waited 3 days for them to come. It is still an urgent issue and now I probably have to either wait another 3 days for a different company to come or pay to have someone out as an "emergency". So uncaring, wouldn't listen when I said it was urgent. She handled it so nonchalantly, I'm assuming it happens all the time. Do not recommend and will never contact again.

Perfect. Mike was on time, courteous, forthright, knowledgeable, informative, professional and Covid-19 appropriate (we’re older). Efficiently diagnosed plumbing leak specifically caused by dishwasher. Didn’t try to upsell me on anything—a pleasure to have in the house. Decided to have him do an upgrade on a toilet mechanism (my idea, not his). Very satisfied overall.

Awesome, where great to work with and up front with everything they were doing. I like the team so much, I will be using them to do a full restoration of all the plumbing in my house. Jeremy was awesome and knew just what I want to accomplish.
