Fantastic! There was so much to be done, and Tom was able to finish everything in one day. He worked hard and safely, and he let me know my options for every situation. I was amazed that only one person could do all of the work we needed in a single day. Their prices were very fair, as well. Very professional.

Wyattworks was quick to respond to our call and performed all work in a timely manner. All work and costs were discussed in detail prior to work accepted and begun. Everyone we dealt with at all levels couldn't have been nicer. We have no problems with calling them for future needs as well as recommending them to others.

They charged at least three times the regular charge for the job!

Unsuccessful. The tech said that there was no clean out in front of the house. He said he would need to remove the toilet to gain accsess to the drain. Or they could go through the stack pipe on the roof, but he would have to reschedule. He gave me a quote for 954.00 to remove the toilet. Seeing that I couldn't wait, as my pipe was clogged, I swallowed very hard and gave him permission to proceed. He worked on it for about two hours and then told me he would have to use the power jet.......bad idea. The blowback flooded my bathroom. He did clean it up though! He needed to go back to the shop for a longer snake. He didn't have a camera so he couldn't tell what was happening. He then talked with another tech who had a camera and showed up. They ran the camera through the pipe and told me that he thought I had a collapsed pipe and recommended that the front yard would have to be excavated. Got estimates from Wyatt and was not at all impressed with the pricing. Found a plumber who actually took the time to look for a clean out pipe and found it. It took a whole two hours of running the snake through the pipe to the street three times. No collapsed pipe, No excavation, opened the pipe and flow is good. The tech they sent was ill prepared and still charged me that exorbitant amount of money. Lessoned learned. I wouldn't trust this company with a garden hose!

They were excellent. They were very professional, the price was very good so everything was great.

They were able to schedule the work quickly, a big factor in our decision to contract them. They came on schedule, did the job, digging a ten foot deep hole to access the lines disturbing as little of the lawn as possible. The men worked without breaks and made an effort to clean up.

All the technicians were great. Very knowledgeable. Showed up on time and gave me updates as each project was finished. Pricewise, I don't know because I did not price the services I ended up choosing with any one else. My only complaint was that it took two weeks to get some one out for an estimate. Had to wait two weeks for the shower doors, then it took a phone call and more delays to get the project done. I wasn't in a big hurry but it got frustrating after a while. I would still recommend them based on their work. I was very pleased with the end result.

Thomas came out, fixed my water heater and made me smile on a day I felt very sad. Excellent work, quick and professional!

Everything went well. Mike was on time and very professional. The work was all completed within an hour. He found the issues very quickly and got everything fixed very efficiently. Everyone I spoke to from the initial call to setting up the appointment and having the work done was so nice. Will definitely use them again.

It went very well! Over the phone, they were friendly, open and knowledgeable. Communication was solid and they arrived on time. They were very knowledgeable and helpful. Very clear about price, explained pro's and cons of the resolution and it was a tricky job but they worked through it quickly and efficiently.

Mike did an excellent job replacing all the parts and switching the faucet (while also dealing with a water pressure issue on the latter). Work was done very efficiently. I could tell that both technician were very knowledgeable and knew exactly what needed to be done. Although a bit pricey, everything was done to my full satisfaction and I will certainly use them again in the future.

Very well. Mike and Seth were efficient, kept me informed, showed pictures of work, area cleaner than when they started. This company's customer service beats others by a mile.

Terrific. Once the service call was scheduled I received a text with a picture of the person who would be doing the work. Thomas arrived on time and was very pleasant. He was able to repair the toilet promptly, which given it's age, was great news. We did not want to replace the toilet at this time.

It went very well. We are able to use a shower we had avoided using and the leak is fixed.

Wyatt did an awesome job. This was a major job. I had a water pipe break just under the house foundation. They initially believed it could be reached from the outside, but determined the break was just under the foundation. Because of this, they needed to break up the concrete floor in the basement at the outside wall. They carefully removed the floor molding and the wood boards before jackhammering a 2 foot by 1 foot hole at the edge of the floor at the outside wall. They were very neat and tidy. The broken pipe was fixed in less than a day. They then cleaned out many of the faucets and came back the next day to adust the water pressure and be sure all faucets were working properly. They kept us informed at all steps of the process and the cost was less than their estimate. We highly recommend Wyatt for your plumbing needs.

Pete at Wyattworks came out due to my main sanitary line being clogged with tree roots. Pete put a camera down the line and said hydro jetting would be my best option. He explained everything on the camera and spent as much time as needed to clear out all the roots. I was very impressed with how thorough of a job he did, once finished almost all of the roots were completely gone. I’ll definitely be using Wyattworks again in the future.

EXCELLENT!! They were great. Brian came back twice, once with Justin. Can't say enough about these two young men, they were great.

It went great. I love how they come in and evaluate the situation prior to starting the work. The workers are very nice. I would definitely use them again.

Our sump pump had to be replaced, as it had worn out and we could hear banging in the pipes. Kevin was excellent, timely and efficient. Clear communication and made sure I knew my options.

We had an Ion sump pump backup system installed. Kevin, the plumbing technician, and the WyattWorks team did a fantastic job. The call center was very accommodating (I changed and postponed the service a few times over several weeks). The window for arrival was provided well in advance. The technicians showed up on time and were courteous. The work was done right. The technicians were very patient in answering my questions and explaining the system. I asked Kevin for a bit of help with a second project I was trying to tackle myself (replacing a loose handle and cartridge on a faucet) and he kindly took over and completed the project for me and offered advice on how to prevent the problem in the future. Basically, he far exceeded my expectations! If you call this business, they may have a lot of good technicians, but I'd recommended Kevin!
