The company had great customer service. They maintained contact every time they said they would and made sure they serviced us on the date promised even though it was after normal scheduling. They were very nice to deal with, and went above and beyond any customer service I've dealt with recently. The tech, Luke, was very pleasant also, and honest, knowledgeable, and professional. He presented us with 4 different services at varying levels that would correct our issue, and did not start work until we understood them all and selected one. He completed the repair efficiently also. It is so great to have found a plumbing company that treats their customers well from first call through service. They were not my first call, but they earned our business with their quality and service.

The plumber who repaired the stack was fast and thorough. He was very polite and did a great cleanup job in our kitchen. That job was $950. The plumber who repaired the outdoor drain had to dig a large hole by hand before he could move the obstruction and replace the pipe. It was an al, day job. He cleaned up perfectly

Professional, courteous, explained each job and the details, reviewed work to be done and went over work completed, inspected all areas of the house. Overall, a great experience.

Ben had never seen my particular device before, fortunately I had the manual which he reviewed, he called the manufacturer, talked to an engineer, got what he needed then went right to work. He was able to free up the movement without snaking the drain or running a camera. He only charged the trip fee. I'm degrading the responsiveness only because they didn't reply to my message from the Angie List web site, I had to call them directly to setup the appointment.

Not an easy drain to clear, but Chad's persistence paid off. Many plumbers would have given up and offered to re-pipe ($$$). Very professional, punctual, and cleaned up afterwards. Great service!

I thought a defective gas shutoff valve was the cause of a small gas leak (smell) coming from a stove top that I also suspected to be leaking. However, rather than just replacing the gas shutoff valve as I asked, Luke was determined to look in the crawl space under the stove. Sure enough he found a major gas leak under the stove in the crawl space. Once that was fixed - no more gas smell coming from stove! Luke diagnosed and fixed this problem as if it was in his own home. What more can you ask for.

Their price was twice as high as everyone else! That is the only reason we did not use them. The estimate was explained well.

This was in a hundred year old house. The other estimators said they would have to tear up the tile and concrete (100 years old) from the floor above. Wyatt was able to do the repair without that. So that saved considerable expense, mess, whatever and they discovered that the previous plumber, that was also bidding on the job, had failed to do some of the work they claimed they had done. The previous plumbers said they were removing an old lead trap and Wyatt told us the trap was still there. With Wyatt, we have been very happy with the quality of their work. They've also done some drain jetting and snaking. Our biggest concern now, is that we haven't used them for the past couple of jobs. We haven't used them for the simple reason that they are much more expensive than everybody else for even simple jobs. The original owner, Andy Wyatt, was the person who was so creative about not tearing up our floor and did such careful work. I think he is now semi-retired and his kids and relatives are now doing the plumbing. They are a lot younger and don't have the same level of experience and the pricing is just way out of line with other highly rated companies.That is our only reservation with them. In terms of the quality of work, it has been excellent. In terms of price, it is very, very high. this price was very comparable to the other quotes but the other quotes included demolition of an entire bathroom floor. There would have been no way to repair it. Once it was demolished, it was gone. So they saved us thousands of dollars. The only reason we would hesitate to use them is price, not quality.

Great communications from the company. Prompt and efficient repair - took no more than about 10-15 minutes. Price was perhaps a bit high from my perspective, but with the Angie's List coupon brought it into reasonable range. Well done!

All in all very well. Small slipup with excavation but pipe not dug was also relined at company's expense. Work completed, well done, on time and for price quoted

First the good ...and there is a lot of it! After my initial inquiry I received a prompt follow up call from a very courteous Emily. She worked around my complex schedule, even offering Saturday hours for my estimate. My service tech - Chad - arrived right on time. He was very personable and professional, even putting paper booties on his feet before coming into the house. He quickly diagnosed the issue. So far, so good ...but here is where it starts to go downhill ... Chad was eager ... a bit too eager, in my view ... to offer me quotes on anything else I needed ...which was nothing. He asked to see my main water shut off, and included a quote -- bundled as one of several "options" -- to put in a new one, despite the fact that there is nothing wrong with the current one. I found it a bit amusing, but I know enough about plumbing not to be intimidated ...I can easily see how a less "handy" consumer might be put off. Now, the really bad ...the last option of the 4 presented was for the work I actually needed done: replace wax seal and reseat the toilet. I am NOT a pro, and I've done this job a half dozen times over the years ...the seal costs about $3.00, and it is an hour from starting to being done with clean up ...and that is generous. The quoted price for that was $300 ...that's $295 per hour. I am a proud capitalist and don't mind paying a fair wage for fair work, but I'm not sure my physician makes $295/hour. If the prices were more reasonable I'd have ordered the work immediately, and probably had some additional, nice to have work done. Maybe even the main water valve. But for me, anyway, they priced themselves out of the market.

The man from WyattWorks checked various possibilities and came to the same tentative conclusion but made one more sweep of the basement and luckily discovered a panel in a wall behind a bed that afforded access to a drain pipe. Then he used 45 feet of a 50-foot line to clear out the obstruction. I was extremely relieved, and he was deservedly proud of solving the problem.

Ben was fabulous! Before hiring them, he was so kind to take the time and talk us through all of the options over the phone a few days in advance and gave us ballpark prices as well. This was based on the description of what we were experiencing, as he had not even come on-site yet. Once here, we went over all of the what-if scenarios and options we could use to repair or replace whatever the issue may be, as well as pricing. Throughout the "procedure" he had me outside looking at the camera as he fed it through the pipes. He was very knowledgeable and thorough, explaining everything that we were seeing. He walked me through every step and showed me exactly what the issue was and where it was in relation to the front yard or under the house. The price was lower than what he estimated over the phone. Before he left, he sent me the videos with our invoice via email. All-in-all a fabulous company with great employees! The ladies in the office (Emily and Rebecca) were great too with helping to communicate and schedule the appointment. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone and everyone, no matter how major or minor your issue may be.

I would tell others that he got here promptly and solved the problem efficiently. They have good quality.

I have been using WyattWorks for many years because they are responsive (especially in an emergency), reliable and give their honest opinion as well as options to complete a job. In the case of fixtures, Luke gave me 3 options from which to choose. He was able to complete the job the same day. In addition he corrected a low water pressure problem and re-attached the sink diverter correctly. I thought the price was reasonable. I am very satisfied with their work and can highly recommend them.

I would not recommend using this company. When speaking with the representative, she first feigned to not know how much a "best case scenario" standard snake job would cost for a bathtub that was draining slowly. This is probably one of the most common plumbing issues you can have. Then, after being pressed on the issue, she shared that there is a fee book based on the type of service needed and it was against "company policy" to provide the company's estimates or costs for any work performed until you are face-to-face with a plumber and they've already scheduled and made a service call (which by the way would incur some unknown cost). To me, this sounds like a big sales gimmick intended for retail buyers. I'd like to have some indication of what I'm getting myself into. I knew that the costs could go up beyond a standard 15 minute snake, but not providing your basic best case service costs for this type of routine maintenance makes me think that your costs are probably quite high in comparison to the competition.
