Came within 24 hours of our initial call. Completed repairs on two toilets and cleaned up within a couple hours. Left my business neat and clean. I was left with an excellent first impression and will use this company again in the future.

Derron and David did a great job cleaning a clogged outdoor drain, They showed me the before and after camera view of the inside of the drain pipe and were very friendly and personable. Emily and Rebecca in the office were excellent at communicating with me on scheduling and apprising me of service arrival time. A very professionally run company.

Jamal and Ryan were very courteous and the service was very good. The office staff was very helpful as well, and kept me informed of my appointment status. Job was completed the same day I called. Just felt it was a bit pricey to snake two drains.

It went quite well. Because the faucet to be removed was very old, I anticipated some issues with its removal. However, Kevin removed it with no problems, installed the new faucet which works (and looks great) wonderfully. They were punctual, despite the snow storm and were in and out in less than an hour. I would not hesitate to call them again when I am ready for my bathroom changes.

These guys were amazing - from the truly warm and personable office staff (Emily is great!) to the guys doing the work, WyattWorks went the extra mile to get things done quickly for me, and to work around the fact that I was due to go into hospital. The work was reasonably priced and all taken care of promptly. I would highly recommend hiring this company!

Three people, including the owner, came out to assess the problem. Showed my husband the extent of the tree root problem and proceeded to take care of it, despite having a piece of equipment break down and needing to go for repair before finishing the job. My husband said they were professional, friendly, cleaned up after themselves and, all in all, were most impressive. We would hire them again most certainly.

Tech arrived on time, performed the work necessary, cleaned up after himself and gave helpful tips. Everything went smoothly

Initially there was a problem with service but it was a misunderstanding that was settled professionally and satisfactory. I would recommend and rehire. Money for services were refunded and an offer was made to complete the job whenever needed for no charge.

Sewer line repair took just a few hours. They cleaned up well and reseeded grass. Storm line involved 40 foot liner plastic with hardened resin which sets up harder than PVC pipe. This installed within the old clay tiles. This technology saved our grove of trees above the line; only one whole dut instead of a trench. This company uses specific experts who are knowledgeable with the problem.

Chad and Tyler were quick, professional, and clean. They explained to me exactly what was going on, and how much it would cost ahead of time. They also gave me some advice on how I could prevent the problem from happening again in the future. I would definitely hire them again, and would recommend them to friends and family.

I ordered a special coupon from Angie for a plumbing job and then got distracted at work. In less than 2 hours I got a call from Emily who was checking to see how they could help me. She was pleasant and professional and did not waste my time with unnecessary details. She listened to my problem and then scheduled a technician to fit my schedule. She also clearly explained how they bid their jobs so that I would not be surprised when the technician showed up. The technician was professional and very knowledgeable, He provided a written comprehensive evaluation of the problems we knew existed as well as some we were unaware of. We are suing the contractor who sold us the house in order to pay for the work and will come back to Wyatt Works for the work when we are ready.

It went great! Josh was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He knew what the problem was right away and got to work. He kept me updated on his progress along the way and kept me at ease. My pipes are cleaner than they have been since the house was built. I highly recommend Wyatt Works for any plumbing job.

From the time we contacted their customer service person, she kept us informed on when our plumber would arrive. They were able to come that morning, had the parts with them and were able to fix the problem that day. They took the time to look at everything before running their estimates and gave me several options to choose from. Once we agreed on the work, they started right away and did a great job fixing the problem and was able to go through a closet, eliminating the need to open up any ceilings. Both gentlemen were very professional and had everything cleaned up after the job. I would definitely trust them to do work for us again and recommend them to friends.

The work of the WyattWorks team was superb! They identified these problems which could not have been detected previously without extensive testing and presented a series of options with realistic cost estimates. Once we decided how to proceed, they mobilized their crew and, in a single week, completed all of the work . Every member of the team was thoroughly professional, friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable about the project and the effort required to get it done expeditiously. The team was extremely careful about protecting not only our daughter's property but also the property of her neighbors on either side. The team was especially kind and courteous to one of her next door neighbors who graciously allowed WyattWorks to use her driveway to stage materials and as a base for the excavation required for certain of the work. We all were impressed by the team's efficiency, productivity, and professionalism. With the finish grading, topsoil, seeded lawn, and peat moss topping they provided, one can hardly tell that any work had been recently performed. What could have been an extensive delay in preparing the home for our daughter's move was resolved by the excellent work of WyattWorks. WyattWorks has done outstanding work for us over the past 25 years, whenever we have had a need, and we will never use anyone else!

Our shower drain was leaking into the condo below ours. The repair required replacing the shower strainer unit and the straight pipe below it. Most of the work had to be done in the ceiling of the unit below. The work was A grade, but $1000 for four hours of work plus a couple parts is excessive so my overall rating is a B.

They were good and came within the same week.

Jamal was very good. Prompt and professional. The work was explained and completed to satisfaction. The quoted price of $566 was told to me before any work began. Regardless, I was a tad surprised. It was my choice to proceed. I understand we are at the mercy of the trade, and this work was done timely and professionally, but I can't afford too many more of these small jobs.

Excellent, punctual service and communication with me and tenant. Stunned at the price quoted, but the incident occurred on a Saturday at noon and was complete by 5:00pm.
