Everyone was friendly and professional. Would hire again. Only nit to pick was that they messed up the walls a bit, but it was a huge amount of work and they had to maneuver a lot of pipes around, so all things considered I'm not worried about it. They are not cheap, but when the work uncovered some other issues that needed to be addressed, they quoted what I thought was a very reasonable price, when they could easily have squeezed me for extra money.

We could not get it scheduled. We found them to be unresponsive to our needs. They kept stringing us along with we will let you know. After hearing this all day Saturday, we were assured it would be Monday morning. It got to be 11 am and I called. I heard they didn't know when and they would call. I called a competitor and the problem was resolved within a hour! Terrible customer ser vice.

The install went extremely well. The old faucet was removed and new one installed in less than an hour. I can’t recall the plumbers name but he was very courteous and professional. The only issue I had was with the price. $739 to install what they quoted as a $350 faucet. That’s a might steep hourly rate. Even for a plumber.

The technician arrived on time & was professional. The estimate was $10K for a toilet. $14K for a bathroom with a shower. They provide the toilet. This included updating all plumbing. The price was too high for me.

Wyattworks did a great job for us. Our plumber. David, was prompt, efficient, did excellent work, and explained everything he was doing. Very pleased.

They fixed everything except there was a small leak in the one toilet upstairs and they came back right away and fixed for no cost. They also replaced other things inside the toilet at no charge. I highly recommend them as they are very honest and professional. Two words you can’t say about most companies.

I called through Angie's list on Saturday and an answering service scheduled me for Monday at 6:30pm. They said someone would call to confirm on Monday. By noon on Monday, I was worried because no one called. I called them to confirm my appointment and they said they did not have me on the schedule, just an email with my name from the answering service and they did not even service my area. I requested off work at that time and planned my day around this appointment. Now I'm having difficulty finding someone to come on short notice. They may do quality work, but their scheduling system is not good.

Wonderfully well. Bryan the plumber showed up on time, provided thoughtful estimates (after performing inspection) and completed the work. Bryan was very professional and appropriately friendly throughout.

I've used them several times and I've been very pleased. They're a little pricey but you know, their work is always good. They're prompt, know what they're doing, and take care of it all.

This company sends a text with a picture of the repairman that will be coming to your house. Very nice to know if the stranger at your door is the repairman. Billy did a great job! He explained all details over the phone. He priced out each option, so we would know what work at what cost would be involved with increasing difficulty. He ended up snaking the kitchen sink, which worked fine. He pointed out some minor damage to a part of the faucet under the sink, which I really appreciated. Then he replaced the turn off valve on the bath sink supply line. The quote he gave me included simply replacing the valve. But the original line was galvanized and rusted so he cut a small hole in the drywall and patched in a piece of copper line, then put the valve on that. No extra charge for that extra work, which I really appreciate! Excellent, prompt work.

It went well. Very professional and courteous. Very punctual. Gave me up dates on arrival time. Confirmed the appointment. Asked for feedback on what they could have done better. It was refreshing to have good customer service!

it was great. He was fair with the price. No complaints. From beginning to end, it was great. Explained everything before and allowed me to choose what I wanted.

was a very dirty job in a craw space, what john did was more than I could ever do. He was fast and did everything good and was nice, explained everything with options.

We met with two of their technicians, Larry and Bryan, and both were professional and courteous. Larry performed the initial quote, which was very detailed and thoroughly explained, giving us multiple options at different price points. Bryan did the repair and installation; he did excellent work in a timely fashion, and even reworked our estimate so it was a little less than we expected. All in all we're very pleased, and would be happy to work with Wyattworks in the future.

Rebecca and plumber Billy were great. Followup through the process and service was spot-on. They use technology and keep you posted throughout the process. I highly recommend based on my small service, and will consider for future work.

He wanted to do a replacement of my toilet, water line, and other things. I would never hire anyone to do a replacement without getting information on their kind of work. If they had done the little job to my satisfaction then maybe I would have let them proceed with something larger. It was their way or no way. And I had to pay them for coming out to tell me that.

We had a stopped up toilet in our duplex rental in early February. We were notified at 3 pm. I researched plumbers in our area a replacement for our usual plumber who was unavailable. I called WyattWorks Plumbing and spoke with Shawnica who calmed me down, was friendly and professional. They were able to come out that evening. Ryan made short work of the blockage and our tenants were thrilled. When we had a blocked toilet in our home and a slightly leaking hot water faucet, we again contacted Shawnica. She told us that she'd keep in touch with us, which she actually did! Bryan Barnes came first thing Monday morning and was a great person to work with. He inspected everything and gave us 4 options to choose from which went from repairing the toilet and replacing the faucet so it would work to replacing the toilet & the faucets. We chose to repair the toilet and replace the aqua seal faucet but not the lines & hardware (another project). Bryan had everything repaired and running in an hour. He was so professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. He did a great job on the plumbing part as well as cleaning up. Shawnica, was wonderful as well she was great about working with us to schedule the appointments. We will not use our usual plumbing company (who we have used for several years) again but we will use WyattWorks for all of our plumbing needs and we would highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs as well!!

I called WyattWorks Plumbing because my kitchen drain was backing up. I was really impressed with their procedure for appointments. They emailed a photo and the name of the plumber that was coming, along with the date and time. On the scheduled day of arrival the service guy called to let me know exactly what time he would arrive, and came around that time. He examined the problem, and explained that they would have to go through the basement floor to reach the clog and replace the pipe. After giving him the ok, he went to work unclogging my drain. The job itself was much more time consuming and took a lot more effort than I imagined it would, but after two crews of plumbers and hours of work, they finally unclogged the drain! They were very courteous and professional, and the quality of their work was excellent. I thought at first that the price was rather high, but after all the work they put into the job and the quality of the finished project, I'd say it was well worth the cost. It was a fantastic experience. The office folk scheduling were friendly and informative, properly calling to set expectations of a arrival, etc. Jamal was polite clean and installed very efficiently and everything afterward was clean and in order. We installed a Moen faucet and it was more than I would like have liked to have spent but in the end its worth it. It's not often you get such a professional experience.

great ,got the job done in a timely matter

After being told by an Avon Lake plumbing company that the only way to repair the tub diverter was to totally replace the entire tub and tile...I reached out to Wyatt who completed the repair/replacement without removing tile or replacing the tub. Kudos to Wyatt for being straight-shooters! Billy, our plumber was timely and gave a thorough explanation of the issue and how to resolve it. Everyone can now take a normal shower without all the hot water pouring out of the tub faucet.
