I was given a description of what to expect, such as a call before the tech arrived, a quote and the price for the quote and an opportunity to accept or decline. The tech arrived on the scheduled day after calling to say he was on the way. I accepted the quote, he explained what had to be done and why. He cleaned up everything. I received an email copy of the bill. The shower no longer leaks and temperature can be adjusted. The sink can be easily turned on and off and the stopper works. I would use them again.

Description of Work: I had a Big Deal for Wyatt Works Plumbing Service for faucet replacement on my kitchen.

Description of Work: What is the worst thing that can happen to a home owner - your sewer pipes inside the house have collapsed( built in 1950's). We have to jackhammer your basement floor, dig a two foot trench through your family room and maybe dig up your front lawn to the curb. This after we had finished everything we needed to do downstairs.

Description of Work: Wyatt Works was called to rebuild a Moen bathtub fixture. They indicated on the phone that they new the model and carried all parts and tools on their truck. They arrived promptly on schedule, wore plastic shoe covers while in the house and displayed a knowledge of the unit they were working on as well as having parts on the truck. They quoted the job before the work was done and even though the fixture was more difficult then usual they completed the job within their quote. They also spent extra time with me to discuss possible future work and provide insight into other questions I had. I thought their pricing was a little high, however they have an excellent warranty and I would use them again. Kevin

Description of Work: Our hot water heater finally failed the morning of my twin's championship football game. Wyatt Plumbing was up front with the price, correct model number and detailed what it take it terms of install time. They were in and out in two hours, clean-up was aweasome and we amde the footgame game.

Description of Work: Wyatt Works installed a backwater valve in my underground sewer line located in my basement utility room. The work was done by the father and one of his sons. They had to dig through the basement concrete and then down approximately two feet more to reach the sewer pipe. They next installed the valve, covered up the hole with the dirt and then concrete. When they were done the area was as clean as before they came. They were very professional and explained everything to me as well as showing me the work as they progressed. I could not have asked for a more professional company. I would use them again for other plumbing work and would recommend them to others. George Molnar
