+ 0 moreVince did a great job. He is very knowledgeable and professional. He is respectful of his client?s property and cleans up the work area at the end of each work day. In fact some of our neighbors noticed his workmanship and work ethic and hired him for repairs work at their homes as well. I would highly recommend him.

Description of Work: Vincent Homes did waterproofing, new driveway, new room addition, and a new garage in September. The work was great. The city inspector took pictures of the cement pad, and said it was one of the best he has ever inspected. The work is exceptional, top quality. The crew cleaned up every night. Work was completed on time, and correctly. In January, I hired Vincent Homes to remodel my basement and kitchen. The work was completed on time, and again, the work was great!.. The crew also cleaned up each day. Vincent Homes does wonderful work. I have been very happy with the work that was done to my house. I would recommend Vincent Homes to whoever needs work done to their house

+ 11 moreExcellent!.... Great.... Fabulous!. I am very happy that I chose Vincent Homes for the major remodeling work to my house. The garage came out great; the City of Euclid building inspector commented on how nice the cement pad was finished, and even took pictures of it. The room addition came out better than I expected. I am very happy with all the work that Mr. Marcellino and his craftsman did. Mr. Marcellino was always available, to stop by after I got home from work, to go over what was completed that day, as well as what he would do the next day. His timeline for the work was accurate, and every portion of the job was completed on time. Mr. Marcellino was able to work with the ideas that I had. Other contractors that I had interviewed just said no to some of my ideas, but Mr Marcellino did a great job turning my ideas into reality. I plan on remodeling my basement, and will call Vincent Homes again. Thank you, again...Maria
Description of Work: I had requested major work to be completed at my home. Mr. Marcellino was prompt and courteous. He showed up on time, and made suggestions to my ideas. I had waterproofing to my foundation, a new garage, new driveway and color cement patio, and a new addition to the house. I am so happy with the work that was done. Mr. Marcellino has a great team of craftsmen. The city of Euclid Building inspector commented on the workmanship of the cement pad for the garage. He even took pictures of the cement work. The workmanship is top quality. Mr. Marcellino was at the jobsite everyday, to make sure everything was going smoothly. Mr. Marcellino personally did the waterproofing on the house, as well as the demolition to the garage and patio room. He cleaned up the original driveway everynight, to make sure no mud was left. All of his crew were neat and clean, as well as polite. I plan on contacting Vincent Homes again for more work to my house. I am very happy with the outcome.
