The crew didn't show up for the first appointment even after they had called to say that they were on their way. Eventually they did make it out and installed the roof. Later on when the wind picked up we heard flapping, so something was wrong. We called them and they took a while to respond, eventually they did have someone come out to tack it down, and even after that it happened again. So they said they would come back in the spring to re-do that portion. When spring came around again, they didn't respond. In the process of their work they also ripped off some of my neighbors siding and they didn't get that resolved for quite a while. They were just not the best as far as responsiveness was concerned. As far as the work is concerned, everything seems to be ok now, but it was a painstaking process to get to that point.

ANTHONY CAME OUT & GAVE ESTIMATE BUT WAS A NO-CALL, NO-SHOW ON THE DATE SCHEDULED TO START THE JOB, WHICH WAS A SATURDAY. I CALLED & LEFT NUMEROUS MESSAGES BUT GOT NO RETURN CALL. I CALLED MONDAY- HE SAID HE WAS ON HIS WAY BUT DID NOT SHOW UP. I CALLED TO FIND OUT THE REASON FOR THE DELAY & HE WOULD BE HERE TUESDAY, BUT WAS A NO-CALL, NO-SHOW. HE CALLED ME THURSDAY & SAID HE WAS ON HIS WAY BUT NEVER SHOWED UP. I DID REACH HIM THURSDAY EVENING & HE SAID HE WOULD BE HERE FIRST THING SATURDAY MORNING BUT AGAIN WAS A NO-CALL, NO-SHOW.
