Two Men and a Truck

They sent out three guys. They were very courteous and careful. They accidentally chipped a wall in an obscure location, but they pointed it out to me. They had plaster on-hand, so they were able to fix the wall.

It was very good. They were spot-on on their estimate. They were just amazing. They brought out exactly the right sized truck. It turned out I was going to have one more piece of furniture. They were amazingly precise. There was no leftover space in the truck. They had enough space in the truck to take my kayak so they took it. I ended up renting a $20.00 U-Haul to take the pieces I didn't originally put in the estimate. They did everything they could to do it as fast as possible and priced it as exact as possible. When they said it was 9 hours, it was 9 hours. I would use them again in the future if I was moving.

They were reasonably priced. They were very professional and had good ratings as well. They even handled a piano very well.

Movers were on time, very personable and professional and would definitely use them again. Half the stress of moving can be finding movers that you trust not to rip you off and I trust this company.

They were great. The workers were friendly, helpful, and worked around challenges. I will use them again in the near future for our full move.

Everything went fairly well until they got to the large screen TV. The bottom section is the speaker area and they didn't realize to take the TV off the top and then spent 20 minutes trying to figure out how to do it. We ended up doing it for them--our effort, and the time was billed to us as well. Still, these things happen and that wasn't so bad. We paid the bill and tipped each of the two guys. Later, when we opened the doors to an armoire they had moved, we saw the back of it was broken through which looked like it was pushed up against something that may have been jutting out inside their truck and went right through the back piece. Company Mgr. first offered $10 for us to get a piece and repair it ourselves. When told we did not believe it was our responsibility and no way could we buy the material for $10, he got a real attitude and said "Prove we did it". He said the movers would have noted if they did the damage. I don't think so. We received a $30 check in the mail. When I contacted a furniture repair shop, the owner laughed at the $30 amount and said it would cost a minimum of $250 for them to cut, stain, and replace the piece on the back. If the movers believed it was broken prior to moving it, why was it not noted. Bottom line: It was not broken before they moved it...all our furniture is in like new condition in a two adult household. They should have done the right thing and accepted responsibility and taken care of the damage.

Barrett and Billy were prompt to the minute. They both were cleanly dressed and polite, working efficiently and displaying respect for home and items during the move... and did so on a very hot, muggy day. They handled a very unusual and unexpected situation with much professionalism. At the time of scheduling with Two Men and a Truck the only items leaving the Canton home on that day were those going to Columbus. At the last minute we decided to take advantage of a opportunity to clear out the rest of the Canton home contents and deliver them to an auction house by means of a competitor moving company. The final task for the auction house movers was an extreme challenge of bringing up the old very heavy freezer chest from the basement and loading it onto the truck. This task was just in progress when Billy and Barrett arrived. Without complaint Billy and Barrett quickly responded to my request to help the auction house movers and together both companies' movers worked as a team and completed the move of the freezer safely avoiding any liability issues for all. I can't express my appreciation enough for Billy and Berrett's cooperation and upbeat mood in what was a very difficult day of clearing out my elderly mother's home.

They were great about giving us an estimate and were very fair. Our move couldn't have been smoother!

They packed everything up and moved it efficiently, and were careful with my belongings. The movers were nice and polite. Their price was great - you can't beat their price.

It wasn't too much furniture, but they did a good job. The experience was excellent, good enough that I called them back to tell them how good the experience was. There were a couple of college kids that did the moving; they did a good job. They were on time and cheap. They did a good job of respecting the property as well.

They came out and gave us an estimate which they stuck with. They were very careful and respectful of our belongings during the move. They were on time, fast and careful, and I was overall pleased with them. For the price, I actually got four men to help with the piano. They hooked the stove up for me. They did quite a bit for the price and I was happy with everything. They did come in under the estimate by about two hundred dollars.

They stayed true to their quote. They ran late initially but, to be fair, I wasn't packed well. They worked hard all day. They worked hard - and well - together. They had a good sense of humor; we felt comfortable in a room with them. We needed four men and two trucks, partly because of our piano. They were totally on the money with what they said and did.

It went very well. They were prompt and courteous, very careful with our belongings. They were efficient, taking less time than they projected.

We were satisfied with their service. They accidentally left bed slates in their truck and they were very responsive in bringing them back. They were friendly, polite, and courteous. They were careful with our things and we would use them again if we needed to.

They ended up scratching an end table. I felt it took longer than normal for them to get it returned to us. It took months. When they did deliver it, the scratch was fixed well.

No services were performed because they never emailed or called me back. I used their website to send an email, and after 2 days with no reply, I called and left a message. I never received any email or phone call in return.

I found them to be prompt, polite, hard-working, and considerate.

It went great. They showed up on time, they called to let us know when they were coming. They came right to my house with no stops along the way. They were friendly and professional. Each sofa had a recliner on each end, so they were heavy.

We hired Two Men and a Truck to move us from Avon to Medina. Although we only paid for two guys, three showed up - all of whom were very friendly. They took good care of our stuff, but I was a little upset to find some scuffs and one dent in our old house after the move. It also seemed as if the guys were in a hurry to get the job done. Even though I specifically directed where each piece of furniture should go in the new house, things ended up in the wrong room - and some things ended up on the wrong floor! (A nightstand in the living room, our wine tower in an upstairs bedroom.) I can't complain too much, though, because their efficiency saved us half of the estimated cost of the move!

A disaster! The first thing was a complaint about the elevator not being big enough - "This is going to take a lot more time than we thought". My items were not handled carefully, most of my boxes labeled 'fragile' arrived dented and crumpled. I had to ask the movers to cover delicate items with fabric and when they took a 5 minute break they left the front lawn full of my stuff and the building lobby and hallway as well. I had to ask multiple times for my items to be handled more gently. Completely unacceptable.

Badly. It started well, however, the crew did not bring tools. Although I gave them mine, they would leave them at each house. I would drive back and forth between homes to get the tools. They refused most of the furniture as it was a tight fit. When they left at 3 pm they did not move 3 couches, the TV, or put the beds back together. I had 3 friends come over and we finished everything in 30 minutes, including moving the TV to a room that they stated was impossible due to having to tilt the TV. We did not have to: they just didn't want to do it. I called for an adjustment. They never returned my calls until I called their headquarters. We came to an agreement where they would refund $300. After 3 months and several calls they never did. I disputed the charge in August, 2006 through my bank to receive my money. I would urge everyone to never use them.

They estimated 3 hours to do everything, which was not correct, it could not have taken them that long. They damaged some things, such as dents in dryer, hole in mattress, and damage to some furniture, etc. They came out to take a look at the damages and said he would get back with us. I have called them several times, and they have not returned my calls.

The movers came and helped pack my parent's house a few days before the move. They even threw in one extra guy for nothing to help out which was wonderful. The day of the move, 7 huge guys came and packed up 2 trucks to take to Lancaster, OH. The guys were friendly, funny, so strong and helpful. They moved very heavy pieces of furniture and all the junk that was in the garage that my Dad had. It was a hot day and they never complained and kept on working. They were done in a few hours which was incredible. They then drove down to Lancaster and the next day unpacked everything. Nothing was damaged, and they had so many heavy boxes to move from my Dad's basement work corner. They were willing to change the furniture in rooms when my parent's didn't like the original layout. They had such a good attitude. I had color coded all the boxes and that was helpful. Super company and my family has used this company in Columbus as well with wonderful results.

I have never dealt with such a professional service. The men were all extremely professional and handled everything with care. Not one item was damaged. It honestly was the best experience I have had. I would highly recommend this group.
