Description of Work: We moved two houses in to one. They arrived on time, did a quick review to confirm that the estimate matched what they were moving. Very efficient and quickly got the truck loaded and over to the new house. Unloaded the first truck and then went to the second site. Worked past the estimate with no additional charges as second house was a little more work then they expected, but there were no complaints and they kept a great attitude all day. Would use again.

Description of Work: I have a very large and heavy armoire that I needed moved from the upstairs of my previous home to the upstairs of my new home. There was some damage to the piece, but they were very good about fixing it and the repair was very well done. I would recommend 2 men and a truck. They stand behind their work and they were very nice and courteous.

Description of Work: We had Four men and Two trucks to move our 4br household from North Olmsted to North Ridgeville. We had done all the packing and moving of 'stuff' so this was just to move the furniture. They were on time, worked hard, and were done in less than the estimated time. They aren't cheap but we had no damage, no work issues, just no problems. I don't mind paying a small premium for that.

Description of Work: I contacted this company online and asked for a moving quote for the end of July move. I received a automatic email saying I would be contacted by someone. Over a week now and NO RESPONSE!!

Description of Work: Move furniture from my Mother's 500 sq ft assisted living unit to another assisted living complex 3 miles away.. Only major furniture was a love seat, double bed, dresser, kitchen table, recliner. No stairs, tight doorways, etc. Job took 3.25 hours! They could not have been slower movers! Also showed up a half hour early (without a call). We used them 5 years earlier to move my Mother from her home to assisted living. They also moved some furniture from my father-in-law's apartment to our home. That move involved 4 locations with about 30 minutes driving time and about 150% of the furniture, etc. moved yesterday. That move took 2.25 hours! That crew was great, hard workers and very personable. Based on that have mentioned to friends, etc. how good they were. They insist on overestimating time so 3 hours was on the quote, so we were stuck. Needless to say will not be using them again nor speaking well of them in our conversations re: movers. Talked with a supervisor this morning who gave me the usual "all moves are different" run around. Told him I would be issuing a negative report to Angies List.
