The overall experience was very good. They did everything they said they would. They were very careful that the falling branches wouldn't hit the house. There was very little damage to the surrounding ground and they cleaned up all the branches and hauled away all the wood.

I called them twice within one week, and they never returned my call.

They responded quickly to my request for an estimate. Angelo volunteered the information that, if I waited until December, I could receive their winter discount (several hundred dollars). In addition, I asked for an Angies list discount, and got the tree stumps ground free. They also accepted a local advertising books $50 discount coupon toward the cost. They were on time, worked hard in the winter cold, were pleasant and cooperative. They cleaned up after the job, leaving hardly a trace of the work having been done. I had hired them several years ago and received the same professional work this time as last time. Ive been very pleased both times with the high quality of their work.

THE BRANCHES I WANTED CUT DOWN ARE STILL THERE. I WASNT AT HOME TO TELL THEM ALL THE THINGS I WANTED DONE BECAUSE I HAD A MEDICAL EMERGENCY. THEY PROBABLY DID CUT DOWN SOME OF THE BRANCHES, BUT I STILL SEE A LOT THAT NEED TO BE CUT DOWN.

THEY WERE DONE IN RECORD TIME. THE TREE REMOVAL WAS EXCELLENT BUT THE STUMP GRINDING PORTION OF THE JOB WAS TERRIBLE. THEY CAME WHEN I WAS NOT HERE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. THEY SAID THEY WOULD CALL BUT NEVER DID. AND I WAS NOT SATISFIED WITH THEIR SERVICE AT ALL. THEY LEFT CHIPS ALL AROUND THE STUMP AND THE HOLE WAS NOT FILLED WITH DIRT. THEY DID A TERRIBLE CLEAN UP JOB AND THEY WERE NOT RESPONSIVE TO MY COMPLAINTS. I WOULD NOT HIRE THEM NOR WOULD I RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS.
