HE PREFERS TO STICK WITH THE CLEVELAND HEIGHTS/UNIVERSITY HEIGHTS AREAS. VERY PERSONABLE AND VERY INTERESTED IN MAKING SURE YOU ARE SATISFIED. DID A GREAT JOB. COST IS DETERMINED AT $5 PER WINDOW. IS FIMILAR WITH OLDER HOMES, AS FAR AS CLEANING THE WINDOWS.
