RCM FLOORING

Excellent!!! Bob came the lst day to introduce his crew and go over the plan. The crew was terrific. Bob runs a top notch company and is extremely easy to work with. We plan to use RCM again for carpeting in the next few weeks. Highly recommend!!

Lower cost than others I priced for same carpet and excellent service. Installation included moving a piano and they did a great job. My parents then used them in 2016 and were also very pleased with service and product.

I contacted Bob with RCM Flooring and we worked together for a good few months going over the new flooring project needs then it finally happened after the flooring was all ordered and delivered. We did all of the carpet removal/initial demo to save a little bit of money then Bob's flooring guy came in and installed all of the new flooring. It looks AMAZING! We are very pleased with the services and plan to use them again for our first floor new flooring needs the first part of next year. Let me add that the installer that Bob had do our job was very detail oriented, nice and professional. Bob is very easy to work with as well. Very very good all the way around! Looking forward to having them complete the rest of our flooring when the time comes.

They are on Angie's List. We are in an area that was flooded and declared a disaster area so we had to wait because they had a lot of work to do. There were people waiting behind us and this happened in July so we had gone to them and several other places. We decided to go with them and they had ordered a product which took three weeks so it has been a delay, but it has not been their fault. I don't have any complaints. The owner of the company has been very vigilant and in contact with us throughout the process, letting us know where things are going. The workmen have been very responsible, efficient, clean and cleaned up after themselves. They offer quality products and quality workmanship. The owner is on the job daily checking to make sure the workers are here and that they have everything they need for the day. He even helps to deliver some of the product himself because he knew we were waiting and wanted to expedite the process. I think the owner is very customer-oriented and gave a great price. We are seniors and he gave us a discount so we are more than happy with the price in comparison to other places for the the tile we selected. He had a great selection of products and I don't have anything negative to say. Sometimes they promised to be here, but didn't come. I'm not thinking it was the company's employees; I'm thinking it is contractors who were finishing up something else and were squeezing in things where they could so they did not get here on time.

HE CALLED US BACK WITHIN A DAY AND CAME OUT TO TAKE FLOOR MEASUREMENTS. WE CHOSE LINOLEUM AND SCHEDULED THE INSTALLATION FOR 2-3 WEEKS AWAY. HE ARRIVED ON TIME, DID A GREAT JOB AND FOR A REASONABLE PRICE!
