+ -1 moreI had an appointment for carpet cleaning toke a half day vacation and moved furniture the night before.The morning of the appointment i get a call at work saying the took more lucrative jobs cleaning up flooding do to power outages and they had no equipment to do my carpet. Description of Work: Had Pine Ridge come out to do some work on our basement walls (clean/seal with antimicrobial) before selling the house. They were professional, very responsive and did the work well and quickly. Would definitely use them again!!

+ -1 moreI thought Pine Ridge did an excellent job. This was my second time using the company which is locally owned and operated. The service provider was energetic, helpful and very concerned about the one area that didn't come completely clean - but the carpet was 30 years old and I thought it came out as well as it possibly could. I would definitely use Pine Ridge again.

Description of Work: Basement had flooded. They cleaned the floor and sanitized it, moved the shelving, etc. that needed to be moved. They put air handlers in and let the basement dry out. We have no damp smell left. They repaired and painted the drywall and step walls. I think it went very well. I would certainly recommend them.
