Perfectingroundpool

Terrible!!! Perfect In ground Pools, is anything but perfect. Al the owner and salesman, received more than 1/2 of "His" quotation on Sept.8, 2017, and did not commence any kind of work until Sept.26, 2017, after many unkept promises to begin and finish within one week. Then totally disappeared for the entire next two weeks. He received another 25% (more than 75% in total), and then disappeared for another week. It is now Nov. 7, 2017, and he and his crew have performed a less than adequate incomplete job. He has many excuses. I have multiple photos of the entire process and poor workmanship. He is a smooth talker and promises perfection, but delivers much less! It is Nov.21, 2017 and still not done. The painting of the pool is terrible and he conveyed he had a great painter, the best. There is splatter and drips marks everywhere, and the paint is bubbling and chipping. I have numerous photos. Paint was splattered over my brick pool deck, onto the pool railing and out to the driveway. He brought a 25 thousand gallon salt cell initially, and it was myself who had to convey to him it is a 40 thousand gallon pool. His electrician and gas guys never showed up, as he kept stating they were coming over to plumb and wire the equipment. I finally had to hire my own electrician and plumber to wire the equipment and run the gas lines to the pool heater. The equipment still has not been tested to ensure it runs properly and ensure there are no leaks. I have often had to give his crew tools to complete work as they are often unprepared. One day, three crew members showed up to dig a trench with one shovel. They rented a drill to drill through the pool wall in order to install new return lines and did not know how to use the drill, and that it took a water connection to keep it cooled down. Debris from their work still remained on site although he has promised to have it carried away. I moved the debris myself and finally had to pay an separate contractor to haul it away. I have been more than helpful and understanding as I have even gotten out and worked with his crew, I helped his son, remove the old skimmers as other crew members were being careless with a jackhammer they had rented to pull up sections of the concrete. They did not know how to use the jackhammer, and one crew member kept complaining, "This is BS". This has been a terrible and most frustrating experience. To date, Perfect (Everything but Perfect) Inground Pools, has not completed the work contracted. I received a call from Al, the Qwner and "Salesman" , Monday November 13th, that once again his crew was coming out to complete their work. No one showed up, as usual. I never want to see Perfect In-ground Pools on my property again. They cannot be trusted to do anything they contract to do or say, in a timely, efficient, or complete manner. Total lack of professionalism. BEWARE!

Contractor did what he promised, when he promised and was on site from most of the installation. No hidden extras and after installation follow-up has been excellent.
