I paid my $800 deposit because I was in between bank cards and I didn't have a debit card so they asked for extra $100, which I paid. I was tossed between the Alexandria office they said I can get my refund from where I returned the truck. I returned the truck here and they told me no we don't have money here for you. It took me about six weeks to get paid back.
Description of Work: I rented a truck from Penske.

HAD REALLY GOOD EQUIPMENT. HAD TO MAKE CHANGES, AND THEY WERE VERY ACCOMMODATING. I THINK THEY HAVE THE BEST EQUIPMENT IN THE BUSINESS.
