Description of Work: Shredded a large volume of paper. The boxes of paper were in the garage for them. The man came to assess the job and then immediately brought the correct dumpster. He was efficient and polite. Office personnel was good to work with. I was pleased with this company. "No surprises." They told me in advance that payment for the service would be required at time of service and told me in advance how much that would be.

+ -1 moreThey were very courteous and called to ask if it was OK if they came out a little earlier than scheduled, which worked fine for us. They charge a minimum fee to come to our location and told me how many boxes they could shred in that time frame. I could plan ahead and see if it was worth the charge. They also gave me the option to come to their location for a much cheaper rate. The only problem we had was when they charged me $50. for the trip charge when I was quoted $25. They immediately offered to reinvoice me the quoted amount of $25. to correct the problem.
Description of Work: They came to our place of business to shred boxes of sensitive papers.
