A nice finishing touch was the thank you note I received a month later. I was impressed and happy at every step along the way.

+ -1 moreGreg showed up at the appointed date, worked steadily and efficiently and also disposed of my old garage door. He provided me with the manual for the door and Genie and explained the suggested upkeep. I was very satisfied with his customer service and great work.
Description of Work: Greg had repaired my old garage door two times prior to this service, and was always efficient and able to respond quickly. He installed a new garage door and a Genie door opener on this visit. His work is always meticulous, efficient and timely.

+ -1 moreHE IS VERY POLITE. HE ALSO LUBED THE TRACK AND ADJUSTED THE DOOR. HE TESTED THE DOOR TO MAKE SURE IT WAS WORKING PROPERLY. HE EXPLAINED TO ME WHY MY OPENER HAD BEEN MAKING SO MUCH NOISE. HE REPLACED THE WASHER THAT WAS MAKING THE NOISE. HE BROKE A LITTLE PLASTIC PIECE, AND LET ME KNOW RIGHT AWAY, AND REPLACED IT.
Description of Work: I HAD A SPRING BREAK ON MY GARAGE DOOR ON MY WAY OUT TO WORK. I CALLED THEM, AND HE WAS OUT IN A HALF AN HOUR TO REPLACE IT. HE WAS VERY THOROUGH.
