+ -1 moreHe wrote a note for me that I presented to the inspector and for my lawyer. He was kind and intelligent and knew exactly what he was talking about. He was trustworthy and if I needed any heating and cooling work in the future, I will call him. He was professional. He did not charge me for anything.
Description of Work: The owner Ron Hard came and examined the work from the previous provider.

The equipment has been working flawlessly since the install and we couldn't be happier. They discussed our options of equipment before the install and recommended the best one based on our budget. Great Lakes Heating and Cooling does superb work.

+ -1 moreI have an annual contract with them, and I find their service to be most agreeable. They are reliable enough, affordable and honest. As far as I can tell, they have never tried to tell me I needed a repair when I did not. They are a local company. I had another company doing the work prior to them, and when I would dial their phone number, I would get to talk to somebody in Iowa, which is why I changed providers. I would rate Great Lakes Heating and Cooling highly and would use them again in the future.
Description of Work: I use Great Lakes Heating & Cooling in the spring and in the fall. They change the filters, check the system out and so forth. The last time around, they came out for the semi-annual furnace update.
