They are all very professional, on time and with all the crap (no pun intended) they got it done right. I will call them again when i have another issue that's for sure!!!!

I told the manager this and let them know I live in a mobile home and she said they work on them. The manager is a liar! The guy shows up this morning and said he doesn't work on mobile homes. When I told him I spoke with the manager he responded that "I work on mobile homes, I just haven't worked on this park!" I don't have the equipment to work on your mobile home; well if you can do the work why didn't you bring the equipment. He is covering for his manager!! I have a lot of drivers and I don't know who works on mobile homes or where they are headed for work. This is not a company I would work with.

Didn't seem to take long, about 15 minutes.

I had a couple people come in and I was the happiest with them.

When I bought the house it was required that I get a test.

We just bought the house and seller had to fix the sewer per Wickliffe City inspection. The seller already paid the company upfront. It was a mild winter in December and had fairly good weather. The company didn't finish cleaning up the job. When we inspected the house before the purchase, the house landscaping was in top shape. When we received our keys to the house, Formica left the job site a mess. There was plywood left all over the yard. Pine tree was chopped off and left out in the yard. A part of the concrete pathway was cut for the sewer line were not patched up. We called the Realtor and told them about it. They made several calls. It took about two weeks for anyone to respond. They cleaned up the yard a little bit. It took about 6-7 calls and finally Realtor reached the retired Uncle from Florida to put a back burner on the job. We my wife called to follow up, she got a bunch of excuses. It's been five months of patience and still haven't finished the job. We still have a concrete cut out on the driveway not replaced yet. Dominion Gas had gas pipe done on my street and had laid concrete on the mild warm day back in March. So far we called again two days ago and didn't have a call back again. We had spend a lot of time and effort in getting the front lawn going. Still pretty tore up and spend a great deal of money getting the lawn growing. We still have a piece of plywood covering the 2 foot concrete cut out on the pathway to the house. Comment: First, I will never call Formica for any plumbing job ever. After this experience, I am afraid to even use them again. The professionalism is not there. When you call and no one call you back within 24 hours is bad for any business. Update! Violation of city requirement: I looked up the City of Wickliffe Sewer Dye Test Regulations and found some of list not finished. According to the city, backfill shall be sand (done) and covered with top soil and seed or sod (not done). Excavation dirts shall be Removed from the property. (Not finished, I have a whole pile of excavation dirt on the backside of the house) Latest Update: Seven months after the job and few calls in June to ask about the fixing the concrete pavement that was torn out, we got a note on our door in mid July. My wife called back and he said he was driving by on one day. Finally he had someone come over to pour concrete to finish the pavement that was torn out. at the end of day, I still have a big tree stump to deal with and lots of sand I have to deal with. I probably have to spend couple hundred dollars getting some top soil to fill the front yard unless, he decide to do that. Maybe few months later?

They came in underbudget and had everything done in a few days.

One phone call and plumber showed up on time and completed the work. No problems.

I liked their service. They were very good and reasonable. They were also available. They were good and I have nothing to complain about.

He goes in with a big thing and breaks the pipe and tells me that I have to claim it as a one bath house since he destroyed the second one. He left a giant hole in the wall of the bathroom and then just left. I have tried to contact them a bunch of times and they told me they could not do anything. I had to have a handyman come in to fix everything.
