There service is excellent.

There was a team of three guys that came out to do the work and it was completed in a very quality manner. You can tell that the crew and the owners pay a lot of attention to the quality of their work and that things are completed correctly. This company has done other work for me in the past with a similar outcome (i.e. a high attention to detail and quality of work).

The work was performed as quoted, the results are beautiful, the owners did the actual work and are very, very detail oriented. They are very professional and easy to work with. I will contract them for all future needs.

VERY SATISFIED-THEY WERE PUNCTUAL,CLEANED UP WELL AFTER SERVICE. THE ENTIRE EXPERIENCE WAS HANDLED IN A VERY PROFESSIONAL MANNER. I AM WAITING NOW FOR A QUOTE ON SOME ADDITIONAL WORK I NEED DONE AND LOOK FORWARD TO HAVING THEM DO THE WORK.

We're on time, worked hard, and did what was expected.

All work was done with pure professionalism, they were respectful of our time and property, including our budget and our opinions. Not once were we unhappy with the progress or level of detail being performed. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a beautiful patio without the extreme over priced costs of the bigger companies, all without any compromise. We looking forward to doing more work with them in 2014.

FANTASTIC JOB! My flower beds turned out beautiful! Both Matt and Dan were knowledgeable, friendly and on time. They made sound recommendations and provided suggestions that were aligned with what I had envisioned and my budget. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone I know who is looking for a landscaper. As a matter of fact, i already have:-) I couldn't be happier with the end result!!

I own a rental property in Mentor, Ohio and was informed that the previous tenants had left the landscaping in such bad condition that the city had placed a violation notice on the property, ( 4-5 ft. weeds growing in the flower beds, overgrown grass, etc.). I contacted FerratoGrandel and advised them of the situation and asked for an estimate and evaluation of the landscaping. Dan got back with me and provided me with a good evaluation of the landscape condition and an estimate. I then gave him the okay to go ahead with the work. During the entire process Dan was in touch with me and was very responsive to my phone calls. He worked with me on the price of additional work that was necessary and that had popped up unexpectedly. He sent before and after photos of the property to my email and even cleaned up garbage that was left behind by the tenants on the property. I asked if he could also cut the grass on a regular basis and he has been doing so since our relationship began. I cannot say enough about the quality of work and the professionalism of the people. They are awesome and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks, Dan.

Great job by a great bunch of guys! Trimmed our arborvitaes to perfection. Very reasonable price. I was really amazed at the clean up they performed! Not one pine needle or twig evident. Bagged and removed all the clippings. A+++++ is my grade for these guys, will use them again!

Beth, Dan, and Matt were responsive to what we wanted done and did an amazing job. It took 1.5 days and the yard is beautiful. Worth every penny.

They are excellent. They have been my landscaper for years. I don't know the price as I have not got the bill for this month. The price is a subjective thing. I found them a little on the high side. There is nothing I don't like about them. They are great guys. They are very professional and keep my yard looking absolutely spectacular!

Very skillfully done with beautiful results. Some scalping on edges, but responsive and attentive. Some plants died from winter, they will replace. They alerted us to great product for deer protection!

Ferrato Grandel, have provided high quality landscaping services for the past 6 years. Their services are not cheap, but well worth the money because, they are accessible, reliable and do excellent work.

It took about 2 days because they also included raising approximately half of our front & back lawns which were low due to erosion. They added topsoil, leveled & seeded the entire area.

Started with another service, but always admired how my neighbor's yard looked. My service went out of business so, I hired my neighbor's service since 2009. Delighted!
