Eric's Landscape Design

Eric provided us a verbal quote 4 weeks ago and stated the he would put us on the schedule and that jobs were 6 weeks out. Eric did NOT bother to contact us or let us know that his schedule was over extended- we even had a text chain. I Contacted Eric via a phone call 2 weeks out and was told that “he’s too **** busy.” Expertise = 0 Professionalism = 0 Promptness = 0

They do a good job! They usually come clear in the morning and in the evening, If it's snowing heavily they sometimes come 3 times.

It was not so good experience by Eric's Landscape Design . When the job was going, he never came around to take a look at it. When he came back, we bought some things. We never heard from him after several months and he never showed up. When he showed up, he gave us a bill that was almost doubled up the estimate. We finalized not to get it done from them because of the price that was high. Our overall experience was not good and we will never use them again in the future.

The first year went well. The second year did not go as well. We had three major snowstorms in 2010 and my driveway was not plowed for me to get to work for any of these major snowfalls. I called them and was told to "just gun it" to get through the drifts. For two of the three storms, the driveway still was not plowed when I returned home from work and my husband had to shovel the driveway. The contract states that they would plow for every 2 inches of snowfall and would return as many times as needed during any given storm, but clearly they wait until all the snow has fallen and then remove it in one big push. This does not work well for those of us who need to be at work at 7:30am.

He used to do the lawn work for me as well. He has always done a good job. He is a good guy. I was pleased with the work. He worked for me for about 10 years.
