The guy who came out was very good. He did the outside windows and we have a lot of windows. We have seven windows on the first floor and a porch that has windows. There are six windows upstairs and a big bay window in the living room. The upstairs windows are like two stories above the ground. We have a split-level house and the front is a ranch. So there was no problem with those windows. I have never seen a company wash windows like this. I don?t know what they use exactly, but the windows and the sills are not all wet. They know what they are doing. They can pop your screens from the outside and put them back in with no problems. They are very professional and do an A-1 job. There is nothing I can find once they are done. They are wonderful. I am so glad that I found them. I was crushed when they said that they might move out of town, but they ultimately decided to stay here, which I am very glad for. I never had all the windows in my house cleaned all at once before I used them. It has been wonderful. They have been great. I would highly recommend them to anybody. I would most definitely use their services in the future too.

All our outside windows were cleaned spotlessly, along with the screens.The bubble was not easy to clean, but it was cleaned quickly and well, with no damage. As the gutters were being cleaned, a few loose nails were pounded back. The small roof over our glassed in porch was also cleaned of debris from our large pine trees nearby. We certainly recommend this company as their work is superior and they are very willing to do extra things as they come across them. Their customer service is outstanding. We used them before to clean our windows inside and outside doing an outstanding job and will certainly continue to call them.

Window washing feels like a luxury. In our case, it was not because when we moved into our house it was apparent that the windows had not been washing in decades. You could not even see out to the street--that's how dirty they were. It was a big job. Terry Hamilton and his company came highly recommended by close friends and we saw what a good job on their house. Our friends were also impressed by how clean and neat Terry and his crew were in their work--they literally left no drips anywhere and were careful not get any wood floors or carpets dirty. They were highly professional, broke nothing, put everything back where it belonged, and got our windows sparkling. Although it was more than we wanted to pay, I can't blame them because our windows were very difficult to clean due to decades of neglect and the leaded-glass factor. I thought we got our money's worth. I highly recommend this company. Terry is very aggressively entrepreneurial and wants to have highly satisfied customers who refer him work by word of mouth. He wants to work to be perfect and takes pride in his work and reputation. He seems to be very honest and straightforward in what the work will require and doesn't cut corners. This attitude is refreshing. You should get a bid from this company and also recognize that sometimes you get what you pay for. FYI, they also do excellent gutter cleaning and pressure washing.

They were great. I was a new customer and was very pleased that they were able to fit me into their schedule on short notice. I needed the gutters & downspouts cleaned on my house and also on a house I am watching and maintaining for friends. We have tall houses with oak trees close to the houses and it was a very heavy year for acorns, which have a tendency to clog up the downspouts. Clearview not only cleared the gutters & spouts, but tested them with a hose which revealed that one downspout was blocked, no matter what they tried. Their snake was not long enough to clear it, but I am so glad to know that it needs to be snaked out by my plumber--because once the snow and ice come, they's not much anyone can do. I have had expensive damage in the past when the downspouts were clogged (downspout split open, flooded yard, wet basement, etc.) They were very prompt, professional and cleaned everything up before they left--I would definitely recommend them to others.

I have a difficult roof line. They did a very good job cleaning off the gutters. One of the gutters was badly clogged so they had to take the whole gutter apart to get it cleaned out. Other companies never took the gutter apart like this company did.

They are always punctual and do the job very quickly. I am very pleased with their service and will continue to use them in the future.

They did a good job. They were on time to the job. They finished in a timely matter. They were very neat and they did a fine job. The price was reasonable and I would use them again.

I was apprehensive as to the logistics involved in cleaning the interior windows, such as how are the curtains handled, necessary to remove, etc. I needn't have worried, as the procedure was done easily and with a minimum of disruption. The window frames and sills were also cleaned along with the windows. At the end of the day, I was left with very clean windows and a great sense of satisfaction for the job well done.

Oh my gosh I wish everything in life was this simple and smooth. I called on a Thursday, July 3rd approximately 6pm or so to get an estimate. Left a message assuming that someone would get back to me on Monday. Terry called me back within a couple of hours. Based on my location and type of home he was able to quote me over the phone. A price of $50 could not be beat. It was so fair and reasonable for the job that I knew needed to be performed. I had called 3 other companies prior to Clearview and to my dismay they all had starting prices of $175.00 or more, seemed dishonest and crazy for the small job I required. Terry was very professional on the phone explained when he would be able to come based on the weather cooperating and that he would leave a bill in the door when completed. How more convenient could things be!! The day he stated he was going to come it down poured. Terry was extremely courteous and called to state he would not be coming that day even though it was obvious he could not. He came the next day performed a thorough job and billed as indicated. Anyone who appreciates efficiency, a good job and a fair price needs to stop reading anymore reviews and just call this company. I will now continue to use them every year.

They were great. They seemed to be reasonably priced. I've used them one other time and have never had a problem with them.

I hired them to clean both my windows and my gutters. While doing the cleaning they threw the debris about ten feet away from my house, they referred to me as "honey" which I did not appreciate. I was told they offer a 10% discount because I am a member of Angie's List, but they would not honor that. I would call them very unprofessional! They spit on the ground all the time and I felt they were not very nice to me while on my property. They only did the front gutters they did not do any of the windows or the back gutters because they said they were frozen in. They said they were going to come back but they never did so I hired someone else. No money was exchanged and this was the worst experience I have ever had!!!!

We contacted Clearview based on the reviews in Angie's List. Terry nicely described his services and we invited him to provide a bid. Although we did not take other bids, Terry's seemed reasonable based on reports of other companies in Angie's List, and he stated that they wear shoe coverings when indoors. It was early spring, and temperatures were to cold for this work. Terry communicated with us frequently to let us know when he might be able to do the job. Once the weather allowed, he and his crew showed up without delay. Terry's two young helpers were very fine individuals. We were pleased to have Terry and his crew on our property. They were very consciences and meticulous about their work. We plan on having them back to clean windows this fall. Before Terry left, he showed us where some of our double pane window casings had failed, allowing humidity to collect and stain the interior surfaces. He is very focused on providing a quality result.

I was very impressed with not only the quality of workmanship, but the cooperative nature of the workers. Terry Hamilton will now be caring for the windows and gutters of my home. He cares about his work and his helpers are very good. It was a great experience and I look forward to using his service in the future.

They did a wonderful job, I had them done in April and the windows are still clean, I would definitely use them again. They came out the day after I called them.

Terry and his crew are the only people I would have in my home to take care of the windows. They are total perfectionists--clean windows, no mess, smears, anything left behind etc. Everything is put into place for the season change. They accommodate every little issue involved with an old home. I wouldn't trust too many people to handle and take care of original glass in a 95 year old home--but I don't even make a big deal out of the precious pieces--I just know they will take care of them with perfection. The price may look a little high to you, but trust me, they did a LOT of work. They are also sweet, charming, understanding and professional. Nothing better!

Then I asked for an estimate to clean the windows. I mean, I have a lot of windows, but not that many. He gave an estimate to clean the windows for $450. Unbelievable! I had someone else out who gave an estimate for $150. That to me is absolutely unethical, that they think they have the right to come in here and charge me $450 to clean these windows. This is 2 times I have used Angie's List and both times these people have been unbelievable in their prices, and there is no reason for that.

THEY SHOW UP WHEN THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO, THEY RETURN PHONE CALLS. TERRY AND HIS EMPLOYEES HAVE EXCELLENT DEMEANOR AND ARE VERY EASY TO WORK WITH. TERRY HAS BEEN ABLE TO BE VERY FLEXIBLE IN SCHEDULING AND THEY DO AN EXCELLENT CLEAN UP JOB. WE WILL DEFINITELY CONTINUE TO USE HIM.

TERRY'S COMPANY IS FABULOUS, METICULOUS AND PROFESSIONAL. OUR GUTTERS AND ROOF AREAS LOOK PERFECT. (THEY ARE ALSO WONDERFUL IN THE WINDOW CLEANING)!

TERRY HAMILTON CAME OUT AND DID AN ESTIMATE THE AFTERNOON THAT I CALLED FOR GUTTER CLEANING AND SEVERAL OTHER SERVICES THAT THEY PERFORM. THE INITIAL INTERACTION AND ALL FOLLOW UP WERE EXCELLENT EXPERIENCES.

HOWEVER WHEN THEY SAID THEY WEREN'T BAD AND DIDN'T CHARGE US FOR IT.
