CHUCK'S ALUMINUM PRODUCTS

I had a 15X20 fabric awning that needed to be replaced after ten years of service. The replacement cost doubled. That cost factored in with the seasonal install, take-down and maintenance made the fabric awning no longer feasible. I searched throughout my local area for a company to install an aluminum awning and could find no one that was interested or wanted the job. I then came across Chuck's Aluminum Products (in an adjacent county) on Angie's List. I gave Chuck a call and he called me back the same day and stopped by for an estimate the next day. Our awning was installed in April '19 and we absolutely love it. Chuck guided us to the best product for our active backyard. Besides being punctual, he is extremely precise and an expert in his craftsmanship.

The end result was exactly what we wanted. Chuck's attention to details was fantastic. He and his crew worked tirelessly, cleaned up perfectly and even did little extras. We love the the end result.

Chuck came out took measurements and gave me a quote. Once our gutter and siding job was completed, Chuck came out again just to confirm his measurements. His company fabricated the awnings and installed them about a week later. Looks great!!

He did exactly what he'd promised when he said he'd do it, and he beat a competing estimate by a pretty good margin in the process. We love the result! The materials and workmanship were all top notch. We would definitely recommend him!

Chuck Russo is the BEST contractor I have had do work on my home. He installed 2 aluminum awnings over our first floor windows. Chuck is extremely knowledgeable, organized, and respectful. I called him on a Monday asking for a quote. Based on my measurements, he gave me a quote over the phone. He then came out to my house the following day to confirm my measurements and gave me a final quote. He kept in constant contact with me throughout the week to let me know as things progressed. He installed the awnings Friday morning (only 4 days after my first call!). The awnings are beautiful. He measured and installed them perfectly. It is also worth mentioning that his quote came in much lower than other estimates we had received. It's amazing to find such quality in one person.

The whole thing went off without a hitch. They guys that came out were very good, and had the canopies put up in no time. We were very satisfied with the installation and we would definitely use them again in the future.

Oh it was excellent. He was prompt in giving me an estimate. I had to move a light because it was in the way and he did that without charging me. The price was good. I was very pleased with his service. He cleaned up after himself as well. He said that if there was any problems, not to hesitate to call. I would recommend him and use him again. I have given his card out to several friends.
