+ -1 moreSergio looked at our basement as a second opinion on a previous pest inspection that had suggested we had termites. Sergio was extremely thorough and didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need, he advised us against treatment. He found no evidence of termites and gave us tips for what to look for in the future. He went out of his way and went above and beyond to help us when somebody else had us believing otherwise. He was very professional and friendly and was extremely knowledgeable.

+ -1 moreI called Sergio on Monday and he was at my front door first thing in the morning on Tuesday. He asked questions and evaluated the kitchen and basement for ants while his colleague checked the outside of the house. Sergio explained what he would do to eliminate the ants then proceeded to treat both inside and outside the house. Two days later all the ants were gone and it's been nearly three weeks now without a single ant! We're very pleased. Sergio was very professional and knowledgeable - we would 100% use him again if needed.
Description of Work: We've had ants in our kitchen since mid June and have tried several over-the-counter products - which in the end didn't work as the ants never totally went away.

Description of Work: Sergio exterminated a very large yellow jacket nest in a gas fireplace outdoor vent. We had tried unsuccessfully to take care of this ourselves but failed. We are so glad that we called Champion. Sergio was wonderful. He came out the same day that we called-and it was a Saturday. He actually gave us a call when he was on his way to our house. He assessed the situation then quickly and confidently took care of the problem. He was so professional and friendly. He informed us that the treatment might need to be repeated if we saw any activity after a few days. The yellow jackets were almost completely gone by the next day! After a week, there were still some stragglers, so we called Sergio and he happily came out and treated it again. He could not have been more wonderful! We are thrilled to say that Sergio completely took care of the problem! Sergio is the best exterminator around! We will use him again if we have any other problems! Very professional! Honest and dependable! Thanks Sergio!!

Description of Work: had an english hornet nest in the eave of house. They came out, sprayed some secret sauce in the opening. gone in two days. they were here 3 days from call, but that was fine as there was no eminent issues with the nest location. I |will call them again next time.

We called Sergio when the walls were open during a remodel and he made sure to work us into his schedule. So far there is no sign of further ant or rodent activity. We plan to continue the service quarterly as recommended.

+ -1 moreFirst of all, it is SATURDAY of a HOLIDAY weekend and he still came!!! He checked around the house, found the area of entry and then put his gear on to do battle. He was very knowledgeable about how to locate the point of entry and surmise where the nest was. Then..... Sergio 1 Yellow Jackets 0 He explained everything to me and made me feel safe again. All this by 2 pm! Thanks, Sergio

+ -1 moreI have been a satisfied customer of Sergio Horvat, the pest control technician that services my account, for 3 years now. He comes 3 - 4 times a season for inspection and preventative application of the appropriate chemicals. Twice he has timely and competently dealt with infestations (once spiders indoors and once bees and wasps outdoors). Sergio is an excellent pest control technician and the cost of the service is very reasonable. I will continue to use Champion for my pest control prevention and service needs in the future.

+ -1 moreI have been using them for about a year. I chose them because they had good prices. I found them in the phone book. They seemed pretty knowledgeable. The guy was able to explain the reasons for why he was doing stuff, and for why it would work. It was kind of nice to hear. It wasn't just some guy doing his work and leaving. I don't really have any complaints at all. They showed up on the day they were going to show up.
