Description of Work: They do routine maintenance on my lawn, and built a pagoda for me this year. They also did landscaping to prevent water from coming into the house.

+ -1 moreHe gave me an estimate and stayed with the estimate, even though he did more work than originally planned. He worked very hard and he did a great job. I asked him to do something down the street at another house of ours, which he neglected to do and that's the reason for the B. It seemed to be in line as far as cost is concerned.
Description of Work: They aerated, weeded, mulched the yard, and rototilled a small garden.
