They checked on it and made it work, and it is still working up to this time.

They came out and replaced my hvac unit and removed and discarded my old unit. They cleaned up beautifully. They were prompt, professional, and I believe they went out of their way to come and fix my unit due to my daughter having a medical disability. I would highly recommend them to others. I can't say enough good things about this company.

Very fast response. Put in the new furnace the next day. They were concerned that my old furnace was not safe. Great communication and the new furnace is 99% fuel efficient according to the inspection.

We’ve used them for many years. They’re very good and reasonable. Actually, they’re overdue for their spring inspection but that is because we’ve been putting them off to come out for the spring. We just hadn’t had the chance to meet up with them and have them come out to do the spring service for the air conditioner. It was a $100 for an annual contract. I give them the highest ratings. They responded quickly. We had a few issues in the past with our furnace but we ended up calling them, they came out and did a great job.

They were excellent. The furnace had gone down, they came right away and they had it fixed that day. They were excellent all the way around. I've done a lot of pricing and it seemed about what everybody else was charging.

I woke up in the morning to a very cold house. I found that my furnace shut off in the middle of the night. The high for the day was only going to be in the mid-teens to upper-teens and my house was already down to around 50 degrees. I called Bryan and Suns first thing in the morning before the office opened. I was called back within about 10 minutes and they were at my house in about 1 1/2 hours. What??... I thought. How is that possible with the amount of customers that must be having issues during this very cold winter. I was thinking the next day was going to be my best scenario. Only 1 1/2 hours or so and they were at my door. They were so nice and helpful with all my questions. I'm sure it has been a busy year but it felt like I was their only customer during the time they were at my house. AWESOME service and WONDERFUL people!

The crew arrived on time and were courteous and professional they removed all debris and cleaned up after themselves. Returned later in week to make sure all radiators were entirely bled and heating properly.

I had not had the air conditioning system checked in a number of years (system is approximately 17 years old). Pat came out and did a thorough inspection of both inside and outside units. He explained everything that he was doing in detail and in a way that I could understand. He showed me how to change the filter and inspect for leaks. He cleaned everything and recharged the unit with Freon. He gave me the correct size of the filter so I can purchase and change them myself. He also explained the home maintenance plan the company offers. The only downside to this experience was the fact that they had scheduled me for between 8:00am and 12:00pm and did not arrive until almost 2:00pm. They never called to tell me he would be late (I understand that surprised happen when these guys are out on jobs and more time may be needed). I had to call them and find out about when he would arrive. Once he arrived, the service was great and, since I now have the home maintenance package (which I believe is a very good deal), I will definitely be using them again.

They're very attentive and accommodating in getting to see you as soon as possible. They are very good with communication to make sure you understand when their premium service time would be versus their regular time. They are always eager to offer solutions and other special that they have as far as maybe like a 3 year maintenance for a reduced rate so they are giving a good value.

They show up when they say they are going to and they do not over charge. They do just what's needed.

They are excellent! I've never had a problem. We had noticed recently that the house wasn't cooling as quickly as it had been. They found that the coolant was low. We opted to wait until spring to make the fix. We'll be calling them here in the next month to check to make sure our heating unit is running well for the winter.

Installing AC in a house heated by radiators is not easy, but the mini-split system Pat recommended is doing an excellent job. Pat came out and gave an initial estimate and returned with his brother Mike to confirm the best way to install the system with minimal disruption to the house inside and out. The installers arrived on time each day, worked carefully, and were able to complete the work in just three days in spite of some tricky work through a void in one of the walls. Don was especially careful in measuring and rechecking his work before drilling holes in anything. Mike and Greg were uniformly cheerful and upbeat about the progress of the work even though it was difficult and the attic especially was quite hot. They did not even complain about the multiple trips up three flights of stairs in 90 degree heat. All of them kept us informed of the progress each day. The units inside and out are remarkably quiet and efficient. Even the building inspector noted that the electric meter was barely moving while the unit was in full operation.

I had obtained quotes from five HVAC providers and by far they did the best job in presenting their services and were favorably competitive in pricing. They were very courteous and very patient to walk me through all aspects of the process and the features of the equipment. They are a Rheem dealer and when I requested that they utilize a different thermostat they worked closely with the Rheem sales rep to obtain it for me at no additional cost. The crew that did the installation was excellent and were very careful to not damage the floor/walls when bringing the air handling system into the basement and in running the copper tubing through the ceiling to the heat pump. Overall they did a professional job at a competitive price and would recommend that you contact them if you're in need of an HVAC system or related services.

I called at approximately 8:00am due to our furnace not working. The woman told me that they could fit me in between 9-12pm, but that she would her best to make sure I was the second stop and it would be as close to 9:00am as possible and they would call and give us 30 minutes notice. When nobody showed up by 12:00, I called and was told we were the next stop. They finally showed up around 1:00, and did not give us 30 minutes notice. We got about 5 minutes. He mentioned that one of the valves looked like it was going bad, but that wasn't what was actually causing the problem. He said it wasn't worth replacing because it would be too expensive and that we should just replace the furnace. (We were aware the furnace is old and needed replaced and planned to do so in the fall). He checked the thermostat, pulled it off the wall, my husband watched him tighten a few screws and the furnace kicked on. (This is something my husband and I had tried the night before and we were not able to start the furnace). We know this is a temporary solution and that the furnace will most likely stop working again in the next day or so (we've had this problem a few times). He considered this "re-wiring" our thermostat and proceeded to tell us that the cost would be $32 on top of the $70 we paid for them to come out in the first place. When I asked him exactly what he did that warranted charging us $32, he couldn't really explain anything other than the pricing was out of the book. I called and asked to speak to a manager about the price, they said there was nothing they could do because everything is flat pricing out of "the book". I suppose the good news is that the furnace is working for now. I can't begin to explain how incredibly unhappy I am with their service. The reason I chose this company in the first place is because they were local and got good reviews on Angie's List. I feel like the biggest idiot because we just paid someone over $100 to come to our house and turn some screws. I honestly feel like it was just dumb luck that it worked when the technician tried it as opposed to when we tried the same exact thing the night before and it didn't work. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone, and when we replace our furnace this fall, I won't even consider them for a quote.

I think they do a good job. It's very easy for them to do a routine check up and will call and let me know when it's time for an appointment. They are very nice and professional. They are always on time and figure out a service date that works best for me.

The estimate process took about an hour with our receiving very thorough information. We were given assurance that the estimate given would definitely be the actual price. I was particularly interested in a furnace that would qualify for the government's tax incentive. They were very professional and their communication techniques was also good. They called to tell me when to expect the installers and on the day of installation the installer called to say he was on his way. Two men worked all day without taking a break. They were very pleasant and left a clean environment when they left.

They are reliable, and I believe they are honest. They are very careful about making messes in your home. They always clean up after themselves and wear booties.

The system was well explained and installed with attention to detail. I recommend them to anyone interested in geothermal heating and air conditioning.

Had to call them out after 11PM during a very bad snowstorm to fix a furnace that was not turning on. Service man called when he was on his way, was there when he said he would be, and was courteous and efficient in finding and repairing the problem. I was so grateful. Have done business with them in the past, but never for an emergency call. A very good experience!

EXPLAINED THE DIFFERENT OPTIONS I COULD CHOOSE. I GOT A ONE YEAR LABOR AND A FIVE YEAR WARRANTY ON PARTS. THEY WERE SO NEAT AND CLEAN. THEY PUT NEW RUBBER ON THE LINES THAT WENT FROM THE HEAT PUMP FROM HOUSE. WHEN THEY CAME INTO MY HOUSE THEY PUT ON BOOTIES AND LAID CARPET TO MAKE SURE NO DIRT WAS BROUGHT IN. THEIR ATTITUDE WAS JUST WONDERFUL. I WAS TOLD ANYTIME I HAD ANY QUESTION WHY THEY WERE WORKING ON SOMETHING I SHOULD JUST ASK. THEY WENT BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY.
