The whole experience from beginning to end was excellent. Nino came by to provide his recommendations the same day that I had called for an estimate, and his recommendations were sensitive to our budget. I received a written quote the following day including pictures of the new shrubs that he had recommended. We agreed to the price, and a team of two arrived two days later to complete the work. Their work was excellent and they clearly take pride in it.

My first email was to ask if they serviced my area nothing more. They said yes, so we went back and forth about underbrush clearing and after an additional email, I asked if they did paver patios. He said yes and asked what size, I emailed Baffa to let them know that I bought the 10 hour deal, and while they were here doing the underbrush clearing they could provide an estimate for the patio. At which point he back-tracks and says he would only come out to the house if they were there all day. Which would have been fine had he told me that in the first email. I have since contacted Angie's List and requested a refund.

I purchased Baffa's "$195 Yard Cleanup" deal. I was very disappointed in the final product. No mowing was done (which the property badly needed). No shrub trimming was done. When Baffa got there, they said "we didn't know we were supposed to mow, so we didn't bring our mower". Even though these services are described IN THE DEAL! I have had to pay another landscaper to mow & edge the lawn. I was expecting a clean, great looking lawn when they were done, but basically I paid $195 for leaf removal. Also, I purchased 4 hours and got 3 hours worth of work. Two guys were there for 1.5 hours. I wouldn't use Baffa!

Nino was amazing to work with. He was highly responsive to my emails and texts. Came out promptly and gave a very reasonable quote --but then was willing to add cleaning out the gutters to the job for only an hour more. Not having my 60 year old husband do this was worth so much more! The yard looks like it does in the summer - not sure how they got the leaves out of the some of the shrubs and beds! Piled it neatly on the tree lawn, all ready for pick up. We have used another provider for a few years now but our main person left the company so decided to give a new company a whirl. Could not be happier that we did. Nino's crew did a much better job and I will be definitely be calling him back in the spring!

They emailed me promptly after I purchased the deal. They gave one of the days I requested for service. The appt. was for 8am and they were prompt. The two guys Nino and Bradley were very professional. They asked me what I needed done, I told them, an they quickly got to work. All I wanted were the weeds and the bushes cut down all around my garage, which was no easy feet. They did it in record time. Then proceeded to cut, trim and blow the leaves on my front and back lawn. A full fall cleanup in less then 2 hours! I couldn't have asked for better service. I will be going to Baffa Landscape Design for all my landscaping and hardscaping projects. If this the kind of service and professionalism I can expect. Then they have earned a customer for life!

They worked quickly and accomplished a lot in the time that they were here.

IT went well. He arrived on time. He is certainly a likable and capable fellow. He was polite and respectful and allowed me to go on and on about all the things i wanted him to do and how i wanted him to do it. very patient and understanding.. He worked by himself that day, so he worked the full 8 hrs, with a very brief food break. He didn't get as much done as i would have liked..but there was an awful lot to do and he had to be careful not to weed out the flowers and grasses that looked like weeds, but weren't . He did a beautiful job of edging, which he did by hand. i would certainly hire him again . We added our own mulch a day or so later and the place looks so much better. There is still some weeding and pruning to do but at least its not overwhelming any more. If I had the money i would have hired him for another full day.

Niño and Nick showed up promptly and started working right away. They had time left over and did some additional things as requested. Their clean-up was thorough.

Work was done timely and professionally. Clean up was done well.

It went alright. It wasn't the greatest, but it wasn't the worst.

I initially bought a big deal for a yard cleanup and they did a very good job with the yard cleanup and everything. They come out once a week, every Monday, to cut the grass and do a real good job. We have a grass cutting contract with them and we pay that monthly. Our contract with them is over in October. We can re-contract with them through the winter if we want to, but we only contracted the spring and summer services, the grass cutting. You make the contract what you want. We just needed the grass cutting because I do the flowers myself. So what they did was come out, look at it and then we agreed upon a price for what exactly we needed. I don't remember their price, I just know their price is reasonable. They do a very good job. I like them because you can talk to them about doing the particular things that I need. We did not need hedge trimming or flower weeding or anything like that.

t went very well considering that I was out of town at the time and Baffas kept me updated via their cell phone. I also have a ADT outside camera installed that I can access with my cell phone so I could see what was being done.

Baffa Landscaping called to say they would be running late for their 12:00 PM to my house. However, they arrived earlier than expected after stating they would be one hour later. They were very professional and had no problem in switching from one yard area to another as the two-hour appointment was coming to an end.

Well the first day it went fine. The second day it didn't go so well. They were going to mulch 2 inches thick. There are multiple areas where he didn't mulch at all. Some areas it's very thin. When they brought it in and dumped it, they buried some of my plants. They were to edge all the beds and agreed to. Apparently, the machine broke and they told me that they would do it by hand and that I would really like it. I didn't like it. There's areas they didn't edge at all. I've called them twice and I have yet to have a response. I would not recommend him at all based on my experience.

Baffa's did an excellent job performing our spring clean-up for front lawn and back yard. Raked leaves and winter damaged grass, repaired snow plow damage including replacing soil and planting grass, performed first cut, lawn edging, and weeded flower beds. Hauled away all debris. Arrived as expected, very professional. Kept us engaged on timing and services remaining to be completed. Excellent work quality. Friendly!

We entered into an agreement with other residents to have Baffa plow several area driveways during the 2014-2015 winter season. Our driveway was visually inspected and staked by Nino Baffa to ensure that their vehicles could plow the driveway safely. On the day of the first snowfall, our driveway was plowed after the time stated in the contract. Later that afternoon, I was going outside to shovel the front walk when I passed by my kitchen window and saw someone taking our driveway markers. I hurried out the door and stopped the guy, to find out it was Nino, the same person who visually inspected our driveway at least a week before. He told me that he was cancelling our agreement because he was unwilling to risk hitting our house or fence while plowing. I asked him why it seemed that he was going to take our stakes and leave without saying a word, and he said he was going to call us "at some point." He did say he would give us our money back, however he only refunded a portion of the $150 we spent, claiming that the rest was for services already performed. I neglected to push the matter as I just wanted nothing more to do with him at that point. It was a minor miracle I was able to get another company to plow on such short notice. Baffa Landscape Design was one of the most unprofessional companies I have ever come across. Stay away.

I purchased a deal for $300 for 8hrs of yard work. I have a pretty large lot, so this was a good deal for me, as it would have taken me far longer than 8 hrs to do the work that I had done. They were done in about 5hrs or so. Overall I am happy with the services that was performed. I would recommend Nino's service as well as would probably call again for either Fall Clean up or Spring Clean up.

The cleanup went very well. They were on time and did a thorough job in cleaning the yard. Would like to utilize their services for ongoing maintenance but unfortunately they are only able to provide the service on a Monday without charging an additional fee. With my work schedule a Weds., Thurs or Friday weekly schedule would be better for me with no additional cost. However I am satisfied with the service provided and will definitely keep them in mind for spring or fall yard clean up services.

Very quick response, was flexible in scheduling to meet my needs. Did the work when I was not at home, and did an excellent job, including cleaning up after themselves. They were able to do a a nice job on an area that was still very wet (standing water). Will likely use them again for shrub removal and lawn care.
